Whichever Sikh Intellectuals are being operated (or used) by the Indian Secret Agencies are the weapons of Choice of the GOI to harm the Sikhs and distort Sikh History. We know who they are they are not Secrets any more. They are useful only so long as they are secret and Sikhs at large do not know about them. The easiest way is to monitor what they do, what they say, what they write. By the time we get to recognise them the damage is already done by them.
Just to give you an example Dr. Sangat Singh of Delhi who wrote Sikhs in History (Distortion of Sikh History) wanted to sell his book and was visiting Gurdwaras in USA & Canada to promote and sell his book. He was invited to evening dinner by my close friend who also invited me, Before, during, and after dinner we were asking many questions from Dr. Sangat Singh, During our conversations he felt that his pitch about the contents of the book is not making deep impression on us and we are doubting some things written by him that appear to us as fake. To convince us about his stories he ended up disclosing the details about him being trusted friend of Rajiv Gandhi, and he was chosen by Rajiv to visit Pakistan Gurdwaras to spy on the activities of Sikhs there and report back to the government. The other details he spoke to us were about Longowal's meeting with Rijiv and he being present there. He mentioned the remarks made by Rajiv about Gen Bhullar. I understood immediately that this was only to fool this intellectual to believe in the Lies that Rajiv Told him to discredit the Leaders at the forefront of Sikh Struggle for Independence. This guy Dr. Sangat Singh had ample time and resources to verify the misleading remarks by Rajiv Gandhi. However, he went ahead to published the lies in his book. When challenged, Dr, Sangat Singh would not reply to my registered mail to him. He knew that we sitting in outside India cannot harm him specially when GOI is there to protect him. Just Evil persons like KPS GILL and many like him are being protected 24/7 by the GOI.
The only lesson Sikhs must learn is not to believe in Here say, Lies, and Propaganda spread by such intellectuals on behalf of their bosses at GOI. They cleverly hide them behind writing some other facts against GOI leaders to create a false impression in the minds of the Sikhs that this guy is also writing against GOI (enemy NO 1 of Sikh Nation), when in reality he would be distorting the History of Sikhs for his personal advantages. Such Intellectuals are Snakes of the Wimple ( BUKKALL THEY SAPP)
Still there are some writers who write against Sikhs for personal dislike and they make up elaborate stories to discredit fellow Sikhs out of dislike and jealousy.
Lesson is do not believe blindly whatever you hear, read or see. One must look beyond the Looks" Since 1947 we Sikhs must read all reported things and put them in proper perspective after detailed scrutiny. Lessons are all there not to learn, but to watch for !
