Debasish ChakrabortyThere is a clear alliance between the party of right reaction in West Bengal, the Trinamool Congress, and the Maoists as they try out a cynical strategy of violence to defeat the state's Left Front government. By attacking the most organised and strong contingent of the anti-imperialist and left forces in the country, the Maoists are playing the role of being agents of the ruling classes. It is unfortunate that sections of the country's progressive polity and intellectuals have ended up supporting such dangerous politics. View Full Article

Yechury has close links with Maoists: Mamata
Mamata's phone-tapping complaint baseless: government
Learn lessons from West Bengal poll debacle, Bardhan to CPI-M
No plan to advance polls: Biman Bose Special Correspondent
Kolkata: No decision has been taken either by the ruling Left Front or the Communist Party of India (Marxist) — its largest constituent — to advance the 2011 Assembly elections in West Bengal in the wake of the reverses suffered by the Left parties, the most recent being in the November 7 by-elections in 10 Assembly seats.
"The next Assembly elections [is] scheduled for 2011; the people's mandate (to the Left Front government) is till 2011," Biman Bose, Chairman of the Left Front Committee, said here on Sunday.
On a recent remark by a State Minister favouring an early poll following successive setbacks suffered by the Left parties, Mr. Bose, who is also the secretary of the West Bengal State Committee of the CPI(M), told journalists: "That could be a personal view [of a minister]...it is not the standpoint of either the Left Front or the CPI(M)."
Fisheries Minister Kiranmoy Nanda had created ripples in political circles when he said here on November 11 that the government should accept the people's verdict that had gone against it in the recent elections in the State and go in for early polls. Mr. Nanda belongs to the West Bengal Socialist Party — a constituent of the Left Front.
Intensive campaignAdmitting that there had been shortcomings in the Left's campaign in certain districts of the State that could have contributed to its poor showing in the by-polls (the Left Front could only win one of the 10 seats), Mr. Bose said a renewed, intensive campaign was being launched to ensure that the message of the Left parties reached people.
This was being done in the wake of Trinamool Congress' attempts to confuse people with "lies, half-lies and half-truths."
On the "rectification campaign" that has been launched by the leadership of the CPI(M), Mr. Bose said it was "a continuous process." It "will not spare even a member of the [party's] Polit Bureau."

Taking the Left Front head on, for the first time Railway Minister and Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee embarked on a padyatra in the CPM bastion of Hooghly district on Sunday .
Reminding the Left Front government of the Singur fiasco, the Trinamool chief sought to gain brownie points by fleshing out details of the land acquisition compensation package for the railway projects. "We want development, not terror," said Mamata.
"The lesson we learnt from Singur is that land must not be taken forcibly. After becoming the Railway Minister, the first thing I did was to create a Railway Land Bank. It now has 1.12 lakh acres," she said.
"What the state government could not do in 32 years, we did it in five months," she added.
Mamata stated that anybody who forewarns the Railways about accidents will be offered a job and reward. "If any railway employee provides us with information that saves many lives, then he or she will be promoted," said Mamata.
"The Railways need land for their projects. But it will not be taken forcibly. We are keeping the options open. Willing land donors would be compensated," she said, while laying the foundation stone of the Nalikul-Tarakeswar line doubling project.
"In critical areas, one family member of the land donor will be provided employment, besides compensation for the land," she added.
According to her, apart from the compensation, jobs will be provided to one of the family members who have donated their land for the projects.

Jai HO BABA TARAKNATH!
Kabir Suman has right to air his view: Mamata Banerjee
Matua Mamata on Hindutva Pilgrimage Walks on Foot as Kabir Suman Revolts. Kabir Suman, the Trinamul Congress MP from Jadavpur, today launched an attack on his party, saying he felt "suffocated" in the organisation. ...On the other hand, Buoyed by the victory in successive elections, Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee today said her party is ready to face the assembly polls in West Bengal if it took place "right now".
Asked if her party was prepared to contest the elections, she quipped: "Trinamool Congress is ready to face the assembly polls if it takes place right now."
Banerjee's comments at the party headquarters came shortly after the CPI(M) rejected demands for advancing the elections slated for 2011.
Pointing out that her party recorded victory in last Lok Sabha elections and the by-elections, she said "to contest election, we don't require application of Article 356 in this state.
Matua Mamta traced the same route which is used by Hindu devotees to worship Baba Taraknath, a reincarnation of Lord Shiva. The devotees also walk on Foot. Mamata Matua has already taken an OATH to worship only HARICHAND Thakur and gained in SC Vote Bank consisting of Matua population. Matua religion was against Brahaminical and vedic system which had been the epicentre of Peasant Uprising in Colonial India since Indigo Revolt, it came into limelight with Chandal Movement resultant in Untouchability Movement and Dalit Renaissance in Indian Subcontinent. Guruchand Thakur empowered the Black untouchables and Organised them which led the election of DR BR Ambedkar from Bengal for the Constitution drafting.Brahmin Bania Raj Established and the SC communities which stood strongly behind Baba Saheb were DELIBRATELY Victimised as the Bengali Brahmisn in alliance with Gandhi and Nehru Partitioned India and Bengal. No less than FOUR Crores of Matua Dalits have been thrown out of Bengal and had been scattered from Andaman and Nicobar to the Himalayas. PR Thakur, grand son of Guru Chand Thakur did nothing to save the Matua Followers and was rewarded as he was Co Opted in the Ruling hegemony with the status of Minister and MP. The Betrayal tradition continues as the Matua Headquarter is better know to strike bargains for Matua Vote bank and changing Wings. Now, they support Mamata Banerjee who has turned Matua to get the Matua Vote bank. But she remains a Brahman as well as Hindu. Baba Taraknath has also a long line of followers SC and OBC as well as Caste Hindu!
Kabir Suman represents the Bengali Brahaminical intelligentsia which changed wings under the cover of Singur and Nandigram Insurrections. The Bengali Intelligentsia and civil Society had been hitherto tagged with the Marxists had been using every Luxury of the Ruling Marxist Hegemony. Now as Mamata Banerjee is on the verge of Capture the Writers, the Intelligentsia, Media and Intelligentsia showed the unprecedented Turnaround. Mamata in return Obliged many of them. Thus,Kabir Suman, a popular POP Icon landed in the Parliament. Now, Kabir Suman realises that there is no difference in between the Marxists and the Flag bearers of the much waited change. He Opines that EVERY ON is DAL DAL DAS! Every one is Party Slave! He alleges that Mamata is not interested in the issues he raises often and asks often about the timing when he would be able to teach her GUITAR!
Why Do I hate these politicians!
I never believed in Practical politics as I have been closely watching the Politician sice my Infant days. I saw at least two central ministers KC Pant and ND Tiwari very close to my father.ND Tiwari was the man who had been THREE times UP Chief Minister and he also became the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. I also knew Ram Dutt Joshi and Pratap Bhaiya, the two most reputed Socialist leaders. I was very close to Rajmangal Pandey . another cabinet minister in the centre. My Father had very regular interactions with the Presidents including DR. Rajendar Prasad, all the Prime Minister including Jawahar Lal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Charan Singh,Chandrashekhar and Atal Bihari Vajpai, all the chief Ministers of Uttar Pradesh, including Gobind Ballabh Pant, Dr. Sampurnanand, CB Gupta and Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna. He would get the latest copies of the books which enlisted the Loksabha and Rajya Sabha members. he had relations with all Political leaders. He would write to all the Bengali leaders who never responded. I was disillusioned while I visited New Delhi to help my father who travelled countrywide and submitted a report to Mrs Gandhi. It was in 1974, while I was an intermediate student in GIC Nainital.Since I used to draft all the Correspondence and had to read everything , I knew the Plight of the Refugees and under classes and had seen how DETACHED are the Politicians. In New Delhi as a first Timer, I witnessed the Power Game Naked while shuttling among different Ministries.
We opposed the EMERGENCY as I was a Student Leader in Seventies. I was underage and could not jump in the fray. As I was affliated to SFI during my Graduation, we supported Janata Party. I was elevetaed as a district leader and had been in charge of the electioneering of Mrs Indira Hridayesh who was very close to then central Minister Hem Bati Nandan Bahuguna.I saw the Infight for small gains and witnessed the betrayals. Our People were being used as Mobile Vote Bank, nothing less.
As a Professional Journalist, I had to watch Closely the Political mafia war in the Coal fields in Bengal and Bihar. I was also involved in Jharkhand movement and had been very close to Shibu Soren, Binod Bihari Mahto and Comrade AK Roy. I knew Lalu Prasad Yadav as an emerging leaders and had good relations with Bihar Minsters as a journalist. In Bengal also I had very good relations with the Marxist ministers and leaders. I knew the Maoists also. I had known Vinod Mishra and nag Bhushan patnaik. interacted with NAMBUdariad. In Uttarakhand Assembly, half of the MLAs have been my friends.
I had often been pressurised to fight Loksabha or Assmbly elections in Nainital as Bengali SC refugees have more than Three lac Votes there. More over, I could get the Votes of the Sikh Refugees and the Kumuni Hill people. I had to resist this very determinedly as I always HATED the Anti People Corporate LPG MNC slave politicians.
I never know , how the Bengali Intelligentsia and civil society seek salvation in the Infights and Vote bank Equations of the Ruling hegemony! It wonders me very well why Kabir Suman was so much so IGNORANT!
Meanwhile, Trinamool Congress Chief Mamata Banerjee today sought to play down the controversy created by party MP Kabir Suman's statement charging his own party with corruption, saying it was a "small affair".
"He is an artist and we want to accord him the status of an artist. He is our guest. He has not worked for the party before. We have welcomed Kabir Suman as a candidate of leftist ideology and civic society," Banerjee told reporters here.
The popular singer-turned politician had yesterday said he was feeling "suffocated" in the party which he accused of indulging in corruption and not allowing him to work for the poor people of his constituency -- South 24-Parganas district.
Equating the Trinamool Congress with the CPI(M), Suman even dared the party leadership to remove him from the party for his utterances.
Trinamool Congress MP Kabir Suman created a flutter on Sunday by launching a tirade against all mainstream political parties. Addressing a gathering at Press Club, he rued that he was not allowed to work for his constituency.
"Don't call me an MP. I will be very happy if my MP tag is removed," the singer said during the launch of a Bengali daily, Adivasi Sangbad.
Calling upon common people to stand by tribals, Suman said: "A well-planned war has been unleashed by the 'civilized' people to grab the minerals of our country."
Party work has turned him into a slave, the MP said. "I was not a member of any political party. The wave of a mass movement has brought me here. I became a Trinamool member two hours after my name was announced as the Lok Sabha poll candidate," he said. "I won the votes, but have not handed over my victory to anybody on a silver platter."
All the mainstream parties focus only on their political interest and nothing else... There is little difference between CPM and the other parties, he said. "Ask those whom we defeated what they have done for people, what they have done in the panchayats. Harass them with pointed queries."
"It doesn't matter who is in power... Has there been any change in the mindset? Only power equations have changed but the real change never came," added the MP.
On the other hand, Communist Party of India (Marxist) has blamed the State's main opposition Trinamool Congress (TMC) party of supporting the Maoist rebels.
Biman Bose, State Secretary of Communist Party of India (Marxist) for West Bengal,
Biman Bose on Sunday said that Mamta Banjerjees Trinamool Congress (TMC) party activists hobnobbed with the Maoists.
"Trinamool party has been saying that Marxists are the same as Maoists. Has any Marxist participated in a meeting of the Maoists with Chhattradhar Mahato in Lalgarh' No Marxist went for the meeting, it was in fact the Trinamoolparty that participated in the meeting and that too more than once," Biman Bose told a news conference in state capital Kolkata.
However, speaking on the recent debacle in the assembly by-elections, Biman Bose ruled out early polls in the state.
"Elections are scheduled for 2011, the mandate is till 2011 and we have not discussed anything on advancing the elections neither in theparty not in the state unit," Bose said.
CPI (M)-led Left parties lost key seats in elections held in two of their heartland states this month, weakening them further and paving the way for the ruling Congress government to speed up reforms.
West Bengal, which has been ruled by the communists since 1977, is going to the polls in 2011 to elect a new 294-member assembly and could well lose the elections, experts say.
Meanwhile, Jobs for landloser families and no forcible land acquisition for railway projects these were part of the bouquet of promises that Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee offered at Nalikul in Hooghly on Sunday.
Mamata, who laid the foundation stone of the double line project between Nalikul and Tarakeshwar, said, "There are some who say they would not give land to us. What they do not realise is that we do not require large plots but only narrow strips for rail tracks. We shall have projects only where people are ready to hand over land to us and shall also provide jobs to those whose lands are acquired."
The 17.18 km stretch will be part of the Tarakeshwar-Bishnupur line that will create an alternative route to Purulia and Bankura and also lead to development of backward areas. "I sanctioned the Tarakeshwar-Bishnupur stretch eight years ago but there has been no progress. By 2010, I want the stretches between Bishnupur and Gokulnagar as well as Tarakeshwar and Talpur to be completed. If necessary, officials may seek external help."
Speaking on land acquisition, Mamata indicated that the railways may not require any land for the dedicated eastern freight corridor from Ludhiana to Dankuni. According to her, Sam Pitroda, who heads one of the railway committees, has knowhow to upgrade the signalling system to run freight trains along existing tracks. "If it is successful we won't have to acquire more land. A number of projects will come up on railway land in Bengal. We have plans for a metro coach factory at Noapara and manufacturing units at Majerhat and Kanchrapara. There will be a number of projects at Dankuni. Soon, people of this area will not have to look for jobs elsewhere."
Mamata said that family members of railwaymen and passengers killed in accidents will get jobs. So will those who prevent accidents. Railwaymen who help prevent sabotage or point out negligence will also be rewarded with promotions and cash awards.
Later, Mamata took part in a rally from Nalikul to Tarakeshwar against political violence. She walked for over seven kilometres asking the CPM to allow peaceful polls in 2011.
Mamata's phone being 'tapped'
Trinamool MLA and Leader of Opposition in the state Assembly Partho Chatterjee on Saturday raised the issue of his party chief and Union Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee's phone allegedly being tapped.
At Banerjee's Kalighat residence, Chatterjee said party MP and Union Minister of State for Shipping Mukul Roy has already written a letter to Union Home Minister P Chidambaram on the issue.
"It was in October that we wrote a letter to the home secretary about our leader's phone being tapped. Now, we are writing a letter to the Union Home Minister. This cannot go on. Every day, they are tapping her phone and recording her conversations," said Chatterjee.
Holding the state government responsible for the infringing upon Banerjee's rights, Chatterjee said Joint Commissioner of Kolkata police and Chief of Special Task Force Rajiv Kumar has been entrusted with the job of tapping Banerjee's phones.
"Under direct instructions from Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee, the police are monitoring every move of our leader. This is an infringement of her rights. We have proof that every conversation of hers is being recorded by the police," added Chatterjee.
In Canning on Saturday, Banerjee, meanwhile, announced a horde of new railway projects for South 24-Parganas. These include transforming Canning and Ghutiarisharif stations in to model ones, among others.
"A number of projects are yet to be announced in Bengal. I am planning a direct train from Ghutiarisharif to Ajmer Sharif. There are other projects in the pipeline for which I am awaiting the arrival of new trains. When new coaches are ready, I will definitely announce more for the people here," said Banerjee.
Kolkata, Nov 16 (IANS) A day after noted singer Kabir Suman criticised mainstay political parties for misusing government funds, Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee Monday said it was his democratic right to express his opinion and the Trinamool Congress did not see the matter as a "major issue".
"It's a very small matter. Suman is a creative person and he has the democratic right to express his own opinion," Banerjee said.
"We don't want to make it an issue and we'll talk it out within our party. You don't have to be so worried about that," said Banerjee, who is the Trinamool Congress chief.
"Kabir Suman is our guest in the party. He was never a Trinamool Congress worker. He is a civil society representative in our party and we respect him for his creativity."
"I'll look into the matter that he has raised. It's true that our panchayats should function better," she said, adding that Trinamool will sort out the issue as early as possible.
"When our government will come to power, we'll try to address the functioning of the panchayat system, so that it could become more accountable to the people," she said.
Suman, a Trinamool Congress MP from South 24-Parganas' Jadavpur constituency, Sunday said that he did not see any difference between the CPI-M and the opposition parties in misusing funds allocated for development work.
He also termed himself as a 'party slave'.
"Everyone is concerned about their own political gain and nothing else," said Suman, who had trounced CPI-M heavyweight Sujan Chakraborty from the district's Jadavpur constituency in the April-May general elections this year.
Noted Bengali singer Kabir Suman, who is now a Trinamool Congress MP, has said that he did not see any difference between West Bengal's ruling Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) and the opposition in misusing funds allocated for development work, causing much embarrassment to his party.
"I don't see any difference between the CPI-M and the opposition parties in misusing funds allocated for the development of the poor. Everyone is concerned about their own political gain and nothing else," Suman said during the launch of a Bengali daily, Adivasi Sangbad, at Kolkata Press Club Sunday evening.
Terming himself a "party slave", the newly elected Lok Sabha member said: "Don't call me an MP. I am not a political person. I joined politics responding to the call of a mass movement.
"I will be very happy if my Lok Sabha membership is cancelled. I will also be happy if I don't have to contest any further Lok Sabha elections," the singer said, lashing out at the ways of all mainstream political parties.
"People should raise thousands of questions as to why there's no development. I can say from my personal experience in South 24-Parganas district that there's no development," said Suman, who trounced CPI-M veteran Sujan Chakraborty from the district's Jadavpur constituency in the April-May general elections.
"Those who were earlier running the panchayat of South 24-Parganas did nothing for the benefit of poor. But the question should also be raised; those who have come to power now, what have they done for them (the poor)?" he said.
The zilla parishad, upper tier of the three-level panchayat system, of South 24 Parganas district is controlled by Suman's Trinamool Congress, which ousted the Left Front in the rural body polls last year.
GOD'S OWN COUNTRY BECOMES A GOD FORSAKEN LAND
EMS was Brahmin first, communist next: Cheated Dalits, OBCs, Muslims & destroyed Kerala
DR. M.S. JAYAPRAKASH, GURU VIHAR, KOLLAN DT. - 691 012
The birth centenary of the late E.M.S. (E.M. Sankaran Nambuthiripad) is now being celebrated in Kerala. He is supposed to be one of the noted marxian thinkers and theoreticians in India. There are various views and evaluations some of which are at variance with each other and even mutually contradicting, if not ridiculously hyperbolic, about the contribution of EMS to the growth of communism in the country. This article is to throw light on some of the dark areas related to the true personality of EMS that found expression in his social reforms efforts, egalitarian concepts etc. as a Nambuthiri Brahmin communist.
All those highly eulogized land reforms introduced and implemented by the Communist Govt. in Kerala under his leadership were in fact concealed reactionary measures to protect the interest of the upper caste feudal land owners of Kerala in the long run. The feudal system in Kerala was almost entirely controlled by the upper castes to which privileged class EMS belonged.
BEST FRIEND OF LANDLORDS
By birth and by tradition EMS was all through a victim of his Brahmin-feudal mindset and he could never extricate himself from the clutches of his mindset.
The upper caste land owners of Kerala originally thought EMS was their enemy and his pro-poor reforms mooted by the communist govt. were out to liquidate them. However, after a while, they soon realised EMS was their best friend to protect their vested interest and hence it is their duty to compete with others to shower eloquent economium on the fallacious greatness of this protagonist of the poor-suppressed-class of Kerala.
A critical examination of his political activities and decision will prove beyond a shadow of doubt that all his social-labour-downtrodden movements, which he undertook or inspired others to undertake, helped only to reverse the progress — economic or social — causing irreparable damage to the industrial, social, fabric of Kerala.
KERALA SUFFERED UNDER E.M.S.
The state is still suffering from the repercussions of those movements to which he gave intellectual leadership under the pretext of finding lasting solutions for the ills of the society.
His perverted approaches only added to the problems with the result that Kerala today stands neglected by reputed potential entrepreneurs, despite the efforts of various govts. that ruled the state from time to time including communist dispensations, to attract investments to the state.
The bad name earned by his perverse politics deeply vitiated the minds of the investors as well as the Kerala's labour class.
COLOSSAL FAILURE
This "god's own country" has been converted into a god-forsaken country solely owing to the eccentric ideas of this manuwadi communist theoretician - thinker.
And his faithful followers of Kerala went all-out to imitate his model particularly economic and industrial progress.
Any one in the party that showed the courage to think differently was caught off hand and nipped in the bud, ostensibly to protect and safeguard the interests of the labour class, the down-trodden majority.
Notwithstanding his unquestionable adroitness in interpreting communist ideology to serve his party, EMS has proved to be a colossal failure in the empirical sphere of promoting the economic interest of the state in general and the labour class in particular. The oppressed majority is always kept in the dark as to their future course continually giving them false hope of bright future which is never realised.
HIMALAYAN LIE
The propaganda that EMS donated all the wealth to the party voluntarily is a Himalayan lie that contradicts even the admission made by EMS himself. To quote EMS himself:
At this time I began to actively associate with the party programmes as a result of which I was afraid of various actions from the government like acquisition of my property etc. In order to escape from these actions I resolved to legally transfer all my properties, including the one inherited through my mother, in the name of my wife. (EMS, How I became a Communist, p.197).
However , EMS continues: "this did not help matters". As EMS went into hiding to escape arrest all his properties that were transferred to his wife, were seized by the authorities forcing his wife to flee. This is another lie which EMS cooked to mislead the people. In fact those properties were seized by the authorities not because EMS went into hiding to evade arrest, but because the properties were grossly undervalued for the purpose of transfer depriving the treasury of a substantial revenue by way of stamp duty, registration fee etc.
FABULOUSLY RICH COMMUNIST
Any one can examine the registration records pertaining to the subsequent proceedings initiated by the authorities and get convinced of the veracity of this fact. Later the property came back to his ownership. These developments were then reported in leading dailies of Kerala (Mathrubhoomi, June 12, 1942).
He sold his property with a well furnished house located very close to the govt. secretariat, Trivandrum, for Rs. 40 lakhs in 1996. This income was shared among his sons and daughters.
This further proves that the propaganda that he donated all his wealth to the party is a Himalayan lie. Even today his supporters are involved in the propaganda that he lived in a rented house during his last days. This is the story of "poor EMS".
ESTATE LAND
A little deeper examination of the Kerala Land Reforms Act will be useful to understand the motive behind framing such an act under EMS. The sole purpose of enacting this Act, as will be unraveled soon, is to hoodwink the landless majority of Kerala, to political advantage of the party.
ESTATE OWNERS GIVEN CONCESSION
There are 132 sections and subsections in the Kerala Land Reforms Act passed in 1970. The Act treats the entire land in Kerala to two clear divisions, namely agricultural land and estate land. As per the Act, a family of five members is allowed to own-possess 15 acres and any land in excess of this limit is considered to be illegal possessions which is to be surrendered to the govt.
Estate land has no limits and anybody can keep any number of acres lawfully. It is the so-called excess agricultural land that is seized and distributed among the poor landless in Kerala, subject to a maximum of 5 cents per family. Apparently, this will sound a reasonably attractive proposal to the ears of the traditionally landless poor. However in practice this has proved to be a burden on the back of the unfortunate poor. In effect, this is truly a normal commercial transaction entered into between the landless poor family, the land owner and the govt. As per clause 96, the allottee to whom the land is allotted by the authorities, shall pay 55% of the market value of the allotment to the original land owner whose excess land is allotted.
KRISHNA IYER'S CROOKED BRAIN
If the landless poor is unable to pay this 55% value in lumpsum, he will be permitted to remit the value on convenient installments. And the remaining 45% of the land market value will be disbursed by the govt. until the full value is received by the original land owner, the allotted piece of land will not be legally registered and given dejure possession to the allottee.
FAKE LAND REFORM
The poor landless family remains legally landless until the whole value is fully paid out. It is the fertile jurist's brain and communist wisdom of Justice (retd.) V.R. Krishna Iyer one of the celebrated typical representatives of Indian Brahminism, that worked overtime, burning midnight oil, to help the poor landless lot of Kerala. Remember, the huge land presently in possession of the feudal land-owner came to be his possession illegally and unjustifiably. In majority of the cases, the land originally belonged to the predecessors of the present landless poor. It was by resorting to coercive, forceful, unlawful methods that the otherwise influential upper caste then took possession of these land masses depriving the rightful owners of their land.
Krishna Iyer and his co-communists know this history and more than any one else. Most of these "new land owners" of Kerala still remain indebted and in debts, as poor as ever.
BUNDLE OF LIES ON EXCESS LAND
This is the kind of land reforms in whose enactment the communist party and its capitalist leaders take credit. They celebrate this nonsense every year, like many other trivialities which they celebrate on an annual basis to continue to hoodwink the people of Kerala with the sole agenda of keeping the party alive and relevant. However the people of Kerala and now though late the people of West Bengal have started discerning the truth. The party has always been playing to the gallery ignoring the basic questions and their lasting solutions.
Look at the distribution side of this so-called excess land acquired from the land owners. As per the survey conducted by the govt. in the year 1966-67, a land area of one million acres were located and identified as excess land. Later this was officially declared by the govt. in its official gazette. However by a new declaration done in 1978 the govt. reidentified the excess land as only 1.5 lakh acres that is available for distribution (actually for sale). This reversal was done on second thought, obviously under the influence of the rich land owner's lobby. But the total average of land actually taken over by the govt. was only 1,26,000 acres which was subsequently reduced to 89,587 acres by a third gazette notification. Still worse, out of this 89,587 acres acquired, only a mere 5,965 acres were distributed (actually sold) among the landless poor.
MANUFACTURING MARTYRS
The communists in fact hoodwinked the farmers and the landless poor in framing and implementation of the "revolutionary enactment called the Kerala Land Reforms Act".
Punnapara-Vayalaar agitation of 1946 is another excellent example of communist party's hypocrisy. This was an absolutely unnecessary agitation.
This agitation was contrived by the party with the sole purpose of creating martyrs.
KILLING DALITS & OBCS
The illiterate agitators were brain washed by false propaganda that converted them into fiery activities. It was all started as a labour agitation demanding higher wages and bonus for the agricultural labour and other workers. The agitation was formally launched at the beginning of 1946. In fact by March these two issues were solved through a negotiated settlement between the labour unions and the royal govt. represented by the Diwan, Sir C.P. Ramaswami Iyer. Following this settlement the agitation should have come to an end and declared withdrawn. However, the party resolved to continue the agitation taking advantage of the belligerent mood and environment for the benefit of the party.
E.M.S. TREACHERY
To every sensible man's astonishment the party continued the agitation with redoubled vehemence, knowingly adding to the list some irrelevant and unrealisable demands that were meant to instigate the labour-workers. It was clear that the party was determined to convert the favourable developments into a very effective instrument to strengthen the party, keeping an eye on the immediate and distant political future in Kerala. Many young vibrant lives of OBCs and Dalits were sacrificed for no compelling reasons that had any relations with the interest of the working class as such.
E.M.S. MIXED MARX WITH MANU
The whole scheme was devised by the party stalwarts under the guidance and leadership of EMS and Co. just to rebuild the communist party into a political force in Kerala.
EMS and other leaders had left the place before the police firing. While the firing was taking place at Punnapra, EMS was addressing a meeting of his own caste men at Malappuram district.
Such was the treachery committed by this notorious communist leader. Ever since then the party has been using this unfortunate episode in which many innocent lives were lost rather deliberately given by the party for getting killed for the sake of the party. Creating false martyrs have always been communist party's agenda and they seize every opportunity to achieve this goal at the cost of the innocent Dalits and OBCs. They don't in the process bother how many innocent lives are lost throwing to wilderness their kith and kins. The party is interested only in promoting party and in the prosperity of a few leaders.
GHERAO, BANDH, HARTAL
EMS by his cunning interpretations actually shortened the distance between Marx and Manu.
In order to achieve this goal he made use of his knowledge in the Vedas and their Brahminical interpretations made by Brahmin scholars with their uncompromising commitment to protect the interest of the traditional ruling class in India.
The EMS worshippers of today, whose adulations know no bound, do not realise the fact that the world is no more prone to take them seriously. Virtually all the steps he mooted and implemented ostensibly to safeguard the interest of the labour class, both agricultural and industrial were retrograde ones and were counter productive. They have become a real menace militating against the interest of the labour class themselves.
E.M.S. DEFENDED CASTE SYSTEM
Methods and measures like gherao, bandh, hartal and similar coercive ones proved to be totally ineffective in solving issues except that they vitiated and poisoned the whole atmosphere throwing the employer- employee relationship into a mess of hatred and hostility.
As a matter of fact, communist parties in India always exploited the common mass to their advantage by creating an artificial dichotomy between the labour class and employer class. All their policies and programmes all along were to retain this divide and ever widen it with an unfounded view to strengthen the party to the level of omnipotence.
He had no hesitation in upholding Brahminism. He says:
The caste system is a boon to our society. The past glory of Kerala was the contribution of the caste system in which the Aryan Brahmins played a key role. The present day Kerala culture is a gift of that Brahminical culture. Though the Untouchable majority had no access to the then political and administrative systems they have provided a remarkable socio-cultural and political order. We should feel proud in that system.
(Keralam Malayalikalude Mathrubhoomi).
E.M.S. HATED NARAYANA GURU
To him Sri Narayana Guru, the revolutionary saint of Kerala, is a mere caste leader. It was EMS who propounded the theory of "economic reservation" and "creamy layer" to cheat the OBCs and the religious minorities.
INTELLECTUAL FILTH
In fact it was this notorious leader who killed the spirit of the social revolution in Kerala initiated by the OBC and Dalit leaders through a counter revolution in the pretext of a communist revolution, misinterpreting Marx and Engels.
All the works of EMS help us to understand how materialist conception is used to misinterpret Indian history and Kerala history. Where facts are absent he creates them with the help of the assumed models, where facts are present he ignores them if they do not fit into the models. This non-history base don non-facts of EMS have gone deep into the minds of his followers. They still hold on to that out-moded theory and produce much intellectual filth and call their work "scientific history".
E.M.S. HATED MUSLIMS
EMS is a notorious opportunist. Under his inspiration the party always adopted anti-minority stands with an eye on the Hindu vote bank. He believed and made the party to believe that by exercising this policy, a Hindu polarisation in favour of the party could be achieved leading to electoral victory. At the beginning of every election in Kerala, the party very skilfully diverted the attention of the Muslims from even the hottest local issues directly affecting the community's interest which have been evading solution for long to general international issues. By this insincere show of solidarity with the global Muslim community, the latent Muslim emotion are roused and taken practical advantage of.
EMS and the party under him never, ever wanted the prosperity of the minorities, particularly Muslims in India. They on the contrary, have done everything to block the community's progress — educational, economic, social and political.
The typical example is that of West Bengal where the party is in power for 37 years almost without break.
SACHAR REPORT
The over-all condition of the community in West Bengal is alarmingly below the national average. This is emphatically highlighted by the Sachar Committee Report, appointed by the central govt. to study the Muslim minority's over-all status in relation to other population segments in India.
"Hunt with the hound and run with the hare", is the policy advocated by EMS for the party.

V.T. RAJSHEKAR
Marxism, it is now sufficiently known to DV family members, was a zionist creation for world domination. Protocols of the Elders of Zion, the historic document produced by the zionists, says all this (for copies write to Dalit Voice). Lenin and all the Russian marxist leaders were Jews. They found a Bengali Brahmin, M.N. Roy, to execute the job in India. Brahmins, the "Jews of India", were the first to fall in love with marxism because it helped them to deceive the masses, promote Brahminism and remain as rulers. That is how all the early marxist leaders were Brahmins like S.A. Dange, then EMS etc.
ACHUTANANDAN'S PLIGHT
The Editor, himself a marxist then, had a bitter taste of EMS brand of marxism which he explained in his early book, How Marx Failed in Hindu India (DSA- 1988)
EMS used marxism mainly to enslave the Ezhavas, who formed the single largest population of Kerala (30%) and use their votes to keep the micro-minority Nairs, Brahmins and Syrians in power.
Chief Minister Achutanandan, the most popular mass leader of Kerala, has responsible to bring CPM to power but the Brahmins and Nairs in the party want him to be removed.
As long as the Ezhavas remain addicted to marxism they will continue remain as slaves. It is time the Ezhavas go back to their saint Sri Narayana Guru, kicking the marxists out.

The first time I came on your website on Oct.5, 2009 when I was searching some matter on Dalit and reservation issue. I became regular online reader of Dalit Voice. There are two major points about Dalit Voice which I want to share with you: one free-lance opinion with analytical and augmentative style on current issues; second in my view DV is ever fist online publication that represent true voice of Dalits not only in India but also global. I appreciate your service to Dalit cause.

Jews & "Jews of India" are coming together
LT. COL. SIDDARTH BARVE
It is sad that despite your efforts our people, our movement have so far not identified the Biggest rogue enemy — the Zionist Jews. These zionist and their blood brothers, the Aryan Brahmins, are coming together at a very fast speed and a very deadly combination is under formation. They are using all the press and electronic media, money power, political power and mind control programmes to make us slaves and still we are fast sleeping. Hence I have made up my mind not to make anyone enemy among ourselves at any cost, convince them though it may take some time but it will be worth it. If once again we become slaves of the Brahmanwadi system I am sure my grandson or great grandson will never offer a flower garland to my portrait but they will not forget garlanding the same with shoes. They will say great visionaries such as Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, Ayankali, Periyar, Chatrapati Sahu Maharaj , Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar had strived to emancipate my forefathers from the clutches of the Brahminvadi system but after Babasaheb my forefathers just enjoyed, slept and happily become slaves of the Brahminical system and also gifted this slavery to us and hence they are not worth a flower garland but a shoe garland is more befitting.
Biological defect of Brahmins
MANORANJAN MALLICK
Those who suffer from absence of empathy, exhibit some ominous signs: systematic suppression.
The research revealed a biological anomaly among some group of people who regularly suppress the weaker sections.
Robert Hare, a University of British Columbia psychologist, who has done this research says: The suppressor persecutes those whom he hates in a cold, calculating state rather than allowing himself to be carried away by the heat of anger. As the suppressed anger goes on accumulating, the anomaly emerges. Their heart rate drops, instead of climbing higher, as is ordinarily the case with mounting fury. That means they are growing physiologically calmer, even as they start boiling from inside and become abusive.
Their violence appears to be a calculated act of terrorism, a method for controlling the weaker people by instilling fear. Such coolly brutal people are a breed apart from most other men.
Certainly, it seems these are the very distinguishing characteristics of Aryans also. Though the Brahmins have only emotional intelligence, they have a lack of empathy or compassion. That means all Brahmins are criminals.
PUNJAB TURMOIL
Brahminists instigated Dalits against Jat Sikhs
BALDEV SINGH, A-32, SECTOR-50, NOIDA - 201 301
Although the Sikh Gurus' had vehemently spoken and acted against the caste system, it persists in the Sikh society. During and immediately after the Gurus' period, casteism faded a lot but it surfaced after 1947, when India was captured by the Brahmins and Banias.
Tara Singh mischief: Unfortunately, the Sikhs fell into the Brahmin-Bania machinations rather than holding on to the Gurus' thoughts and fighting the caste system (Hinduism). It was the strategy of the Brahminical rulers to divide the Sikhs and also instigate the Dalit Sikhs against them. As a result of this Brahminical divide and rule, it is the Sikh thought that suffered.
Master Tara Singh, a Hindu Khatri, infiltrated the Sikh faith at the instance of Madan Mohan Malaviya, founder of the Hindu Mahasabha, played his own dirty game.
Dalit Sikhs favoured the Congress, India's original Brahminical party, because it made a false claim that reservations was given by it. In fact reservations was the result of the great struggle of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
Arya Samaj in Punjab: In the Punjab Congress, there were very strong and influential elements of the Arya Samaj.
It was the Arya Samaj which prompted Dalit Sikhs to break away from Akali Dal.
The Akalis were also not wise enough to se through the game. Prithvi Singh Azad was one such leader who played his dirty role. Hindu Bhagatas and Muslim sufis of medieval period of Indian history spoke of human unity, oneness of god etc. Guru Nanak belonged to this period. He and nine other gurus travelled all over India, met several bhagtas and sufis. Collected their writings because the thoughts of these men of god were in consonance with Guru's own thoughts and compiled a book known as the Guru Granth.
Brahminism destroyed India: Guru Nanak's guru was god and was no human. Neither the gurus nor the Dalits nor the Guru Granth is to be blamed for what is going on in Punjab and elsewhere.
It is the Sikh religious and political leaders who are responsible for the big rift in the Sikh society on the basis of the caste system created by Brahminism, the destroyer of India's progress.
It was also responsible for India's 1,000 years of slavery and making the future of India bleak. Indians may become slave once again — may be in a different form. A minority of upper castes might have progressed but India as a country or as a community or as a nation will never progress because of the caste system.

We are part of the Maratha Seva Sangh in Maharashtra and work in social field for the Phule-Shahu-Ambedkar mission. We also work for reservation policy of the govt. MSS is the mother organization with 32 wings. The original history of India was distorted by the non-secular group since centuries. That is why our various movements like Satyashodhak etc. could not produce its own literature.
Dr. A.H. Salunkhe, vetern scholar, initiated the idea to start a research institute of our own. This research unit, Sindhu International Research Centre, was started at Sindkhedraja (birthplace of Jijau, mother of Shivaji), which is also the headquarters of MSS. We collect reference books of every religion, thought, science, philosophy etc. We also help the researchers with lodging and boarding etc. We have started our work three months ago.
THUS SPAKE PERIYAR
Only 3% Brahmins among Hindus in India
It is true that people who lived some 2,000 years ago were ignorant. They were not developed. They had no proper education. It was therefore easy for the Brahmins to write as they pleased. As the Brahmin writers had no regard or respect for women, they wrote vulgarly and indecently in the epics.
All these came into existence in the barbarian days when people were uneducated and ignorant. The Brahmins created them in those days as their tools. All these stupid thoughts and imaginary ideas took deep roots in those days. It is the ignorance on the people that enabled the clever Brahmins to safeguard their interests.
The Brahmin created unlimited gods. He said that gods required offerings of food four, five or six times a day. He held festivals and marriages for gods. People believed that it was their duty to act accordingly. Man was made to spend uncomplainingly for gods and religion. Under such circumstances it was possible for the Brahmins to create more gods.
Our people are being deceived, eternally whether one believes in god or not he takes a fancy to go to temples. Our women who are traditionally bound within the four walls of the house are able to go out only when festivals take place in the temples. This gave a golden opportunity for the street Romeos to collide on, squeeze, and rub against the ladies. As all woman suffer this situation, no one complains to any one. This is why they are attracted towards temples and gods.
Dear Comrades, the time now is past ten. The point I want to stress is the agitation we are launching. What is the philosophy behind this struggle? What is the need for the agitation? I have already explained in clear cut terms. All of you should think over. You must realise your duty. It is not for a single individual that we are launching the agitation. It is to liberate the four and a half crore people.
What we propagate may be embarrassing to some. We are not telling anything indecent, vulgar or false. That is the way of the Brahmins who created god, religion and shastras. We are not telling anything harsh and cruel. That is the way of Brahmins. Our path is rationalism. Our goal to search for truth. We are speaking truth — nothing but truth only.
The authors of Prabandam have said that those who disbelieve in god should be mercilessly massacred. This they call piety. A palmist of Thevaram has gone further. He writes one must rape the wife of a non-believer of god. He even prays to god to bless him for doing so. You may like to know his name. He is called Sambandar. How to respect him as a saint or a divine fellow. All these we find in the holy scriptures.
The Buddha appealed to people to inquire into the concept of god by using their knowledge. "Don't believe anything blindly".
Think and act was his message. What is wrong in his preachings? You know how the followers of Buddha were treated by these divine men. They beheaded them. Piled up their corpses. This butchering is recorded in the scriptures of Hinduism. One Brahmin holding a Buddhist leg, one holding the hands and the third cutting is depicted in the sculptured stone.
Behold what the Saivites did. They caught and impaled all those who refused to believe in the existence of god. The Saivites stripped them naked. They were lifted up and place don sharp spears which pierced through their anus and then spearheads came over above the head. About 8,000 people were brutally massacred in this manner. A festival is held every year to celebrate this cruel and inhuman act even now. This is found not only in the Puranas but also in history. I am speaking with facts and figures. Our preaching has not an iota of violence or hatred or cruelty as it used to be with the pious and divine people in those days.
Tit for tat: The irresponsible leaders who were in the lead of Indian politics made us sons of prostitutes, while framing the constitution. What more is needed than this? By law we are the sons of prostitutes. Amongst the Hindus only 3% are Brahmins. The rest of the people who form 97% of the population are termed as shudras. This is recognsied by the law books also. What is the reason for this? We have not raised our voice against all these. We must retort. When we meet a Brahmin we must greet him "come on you bastard". If he asks you why you say so, ask him why he used the term as shudra in the sastras and statute books. Tell him bluntly that you used the same term reciprocally. (To be continued).

[edit] Musical life
His contemporary urban, socially conscious songs draw upon both Bengali adhunik (modern) and Western folk and protest music. His work has been a major influence in the development of the Bengali songs, which has influenced bands like Chandrabindoo, and has grown to become a major movement in contemporary Bengali music. Most of his songs are played solo with just a synthesiser or a guitar. Like many Bengali singers, Suman has also recorded albums of Rabindra Sangeet (Songs of Rabindranath Tagore), starting in the late-1990s.
Suman's primary training was in Indian classical music and Rabindra Sangeet, and he picked up Western folk forms while living abroad. From 1975 to 1989 he worked as a broadcast journalist working overseas, living in Germany, where he worked for German International Radio, and in the United States, where he worked for Voice of America's Bengali language service. He finished his second contract with German International Radio in 1989, and returned to Kolkata. He released his first album, Tomake Chai, in 1992. Since then he has released over fifteen albums, his most recent one being Gaanola Dhakay in 2008.
[edit] Influences and Legacy
Suman has often been credited with creating a new genre of music in Bengal, called jIbanmukhI gAn (songs facing life), with lyrics that reflect common life experiences. He is sometimes referred to as the 'nagarik kabiyal' (city troubadour). His music also reflects on social mores, and is often directly political, and much of his oeuvre bears the influence of Bob Dylan (he also transcrated Dylan's 'Blowin' in the wind' as 'Uttoro to Jana' album 'Ichche Holo' (1993). Dylan's influence is also obvious in the musical arrangements of his early albums, often consisting of only guitar and mouth-organ, both of which he played himself. Later on his musical arrangements became more elaborate.
Suman himself influenced a generation of singer-songwriters in Bengal, including Nachiketa and Anjan Dutta, and others like Lopamudra Mitra.
[edit] Political life
Along with his musical contributions, Suman has always held strong political views. He was a journalist in Nicaragua during the Sandinista revolution and wrote Mukto Nicaragua (Liberated Nicaragua) on his experiences. During the 2002 Gujarat riots, he composed songs in protest against fundamentalism. He is also noted for his strong declamations against political opponents in public.
Since 2006, when Suman was involved in the land struggle in Nandigram, he started aliging himself to All India Trinamool Congress (TMC) led by Mamata Banerjee. His songs on the Nandigram land issues have been released on two albums, Nandigram and Pratirodh. Suman also participated in the Singur agitation & other TMC party programmes on a regular basis.[1][2] He was present during the inauguration of TMC's stall in Kolkata Book Fair.2009.[3].
The Trinamoool Congress nominated him for the 2009 Indian general election from Jadavpur constituency in Kolkata, West Bengal, and won the election, defeating his nearest rival, Sujan Chakraborty of the CPM by 54 thousand votes (by a 10% margin)[4].
[edit] Personal life
Suman has claimed to have married five times & he calls himself a self-confessed agnostic and nihilist-anarchist.[5] He is married to Sabina Yasmin, a popular Bangladeshi singer.

Rail mishaps mount heat on 'absent' Mamata
There have been six railway accidents, including two major ones that killed 29 people, in the past 40 days. As vital decisions and appointments to plug holes in rail safety remain pending, her detractors are calling it a clear case of "an engine running without a driver".
Mamata's six-month tenure in the Railways is also drawing comparisons, unfair as she may call them, with predecessor Lalu Prasad Yadav's. "One thing that Lalu can genuinely claim credit for is the fact that railway accidents saw a massive decline during his five years at the helm of Railways," a Rail Bhavan official said.
Data with The Indian Express shows that the number of railway accidents (collisions, derailments, level-crossing accidents, fire and miscellaneous) during Lalu's term (2004-09) came down to 1,034, almost half of the 2,027 accidents in the five previous years. Incidentally, Mamata had been Railway Minister for a brief while during that time.
While the Trinamool Congress chief has lost no time announcing compensation to victims of these accidents, instituting inquiries and directing senior officials from Delhi to rush to the accident sites, questions are being raised about her failure to take steps to prevent such incidents.
Close to 90,000 posts of personnel key to ensuring rail safety have been hanging fire for months. With so many posts of gangmen, pointsmen, signalmen and assistant station masters lying vacant, it means there is a huge lack of "foot-soldiers" to patrol railway tracks spread over 63,000-plus kilometres across the country.

No Maoists in West Bengal: Mamata
Describes Buddhadeb's charge as 'His Master's Voice playing a scratched record'.
Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee described on Monday Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee's charge at a Left Front rally earlier in the day of her party being in league with the Maoists as "His Master's Voice playing a scratched record."
She also repeated her claim that there were no Maoists in the State. "There is nothing [no group] by the name of Maoists in Bengal…Maoists and Marxists are twin brothers, two sides of the same coin who are operating together. Let the Union Home Minister inquire into whether the Maoists and the CPI(M) have any connection," Ms. Banerjee said, adding: "Those people who walk about [in areas that have been the scene of violence] with their faces covered are all CPI(M) leaders in the guise of Maoists."
Mr. Bhattacharjee spoke that way "as he has failed to provide development, ensure peace, progress and democratic rights to the people," Ms. Banerjee said.
'Bring Army in'
Reiterating her opposition to the joint security operation in Lalgarh and its adjoining areas in the State's Paschim Medinipur district, she said the Army should be brought in to conduct operations against those responsible for the killings in the region as well as to seize illegally stockpiled arms.
"In the name of a joint venture the Communist Party of India (Marxist) is committing atrocities against the people in the region…Let the area be declared a disturbed area and the Army be brought in," she added.
Ms. Banerjee also repeated her demand for the imposition of Article 356 in the State, "where the government has been engaged in State-sponsored terrorism."
The Trinamool Congress was ready for early Assembly elections "even if it is held tomorrow," she said.
"The people have given their verdict [in the recent elections] for ma, manush and mati [the Trinamool Congress slogan], and we will welcome elections whenever the Election Commission announces them," Ms. Banerjee added.
To take out processions
In contrast to the rally organised by the Left Front in the afternoon against issues relating to the rise in prices of essential commodities and the raging violence, the Trinamool Congress announced its decision to take out processions at the block levels across the State on November 21 and 22 on these issues.
"Instead of a centralised programme, processions will be taken out at the block level on November 21 in protest against rise in prices of essential commodities, about which the State government has done nothing," Ms. Banerjee said.
Processions will also be taken out by party leaders and workers at the block levels "against terror and for peace, democracy, development and progress" the following day, she added.
Shikha Mukerjee
In West Bengal, it's no longer about ideology
In the scramble to patch together fragments that approximately make up a majority of voters in any constituency, there are no pariahs any more. Politics is all about welding together disparate groups even those with conflicting aims and pulling off a win.
This could be described as post-modern politics or this could be a quick and easy way of cobbling together whatever is necessary to win. If the Trinamool Congress and its leader can defend the inclusion of erstwhile 'Naxalites' and call it mainstreaming to serve her purpose of setting up a counter to the Marxist's pro-poor Left politics then the Marxists are no less culpable of co-opting groups that contradict their original politics.
Startling as Ms Mamata Banerjee's defence of her proximity to Maoists may seem, the fact is that she is entirely successful in selling the idea to the voters. Her belated confession, after her triumph in the by-elections, is a measure of how confident she is of voter support and the capacity of the voter to make no judgements.
The method adopted by the Trinamool Congress was a method developed by the Communist Party of India(Marxist) when it chose to befriend capital and turned insensitive to the anxieties of the peasantry. When Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee declared that he was all for capital and capitalists because wooing investors was critical for the economic transformation of West Bengal in the run up to the 2006 elections, he was hailed as the best Chief Minister in the country. The reason for being adjudged the best was his enthusiastic embrace of liberalisation, globalisation and economic reforms.
By working out a partnership between capital, the middle class and every variety of entrepreneur, including the shady promoters and contractors who mushroomed along with the changes that economic reforms wrought, the CPI(M) laid itself open to charges of protecting the muscle power-money power nexus. This became evident in the Vedic Village carnage. It is irrelevant that in the Vedic Village incident, there were goons and brokers who were linked to the Trinamool Congress. Voters were prepared to overlook the connection because according to the prevailing sentiment, the responsibility of creating this class of goons was the CPI(M)'s fault.
The truth is that the CPI(M) did indeed create a layer of people who were neither proletariat nor bourgeoisie. They are people with no particular political loyalty who run rackets that serve those who can afford their services. The pity is that the Trinamool Congress is doing the same thing for exactly the same reasons. The difference is that whereas the Trinamool Congress has no particular political lineage, the CPI(M) does.
In fact the Trinamool Congress is politically unique, in that it emerged out of the Congress, but does not share the lineage of the Congress. Its style and responses in politics are ad hoc and calibrated to serve immediate purposes. Since it birth, its purpose was and remains the same: Oust the CPI(M) from the Government in West Bengal. Unlike most regional parties, the Trinamool Congress has no specific constituency that it represents, because politics in West Bengal has not created those special groups of voters such as dalits or OBCs. Its appeal, therefore, is to those who have grown disenchanted with the CPI(M), those who traditionally voted against the CPI(M) and those who now see in the Trinamool Congress an opportunity to move rapidly from the periphery to centrestage, having been excluded from sharing power by the two older established parties in West Bengal, namely the Congress and the CPI(M).
The flexibility that the CPI(M) adopted to create a support base for the policies it adopted in the late-1990s and definitively from 2001 when Mr Bhattacharjee became Chief Minister has now acquired a fluidity that is new. This newness is what is attractive, because it is a huge change from the old, established order. Whether the squeamish think this subvert's regular democratic politics, because it is prepared to co-opt and sanitise elements that reject the institutions of the established power order is irrelevant.
The odd thing about all this new distribution of support and the methods for obtaining it is that it compels the Congress and the CPI(M) to toe a bizarre line. On the one hand the Congress and the CPI(M), for political as much as reasons of governance, are committed to crushing the Maoists. On the other the Congress and the CPI(M) are obviously helpless bystanders, open to moral attacks from Ms Banerjee, who has espoused the ultra Left for reasons of her own.
The reluctance of two out of the three political parties to deal with the mess in West Bengal, to accept responsibility for crafting a plan to subdue the Maoist threat, is obvious. Neither the CPI(M) nor the Congress is willing to face the situation for fear of damaging their image politically as the use of maximum force would provoke civil rights activists to react stridently. The Trinamool Congress is in a separate league because it is the party in waiting; even though Ms Banerjee has been a Minister for years in successive Governments at the Centre, she has never headed a Government.
As the party in waiting the Trinamool Congress is not burdened by a past and it therefore cannot be held responsible for failures of governance. The party can therefore acquire associates who challenge the performance of parties in power. Hence the association with the ex-Naxalites becomes a cachet rather than an embarrassment.

Shift in balance of power at grass roots in West Bengal Marcus Dam
The ferocity and frequency of this jostling for political space have increased since the Trinamool's rise |
KOLKATA: It is indeed ironical that the description of the results of the recent by-elections in 10 Assembly seats in West Bengal as a "vote against atrocities" should come from Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee at a time when the Left leadership in the State accuses her party and Maoists of being responsible for the killings of more than 150 of its supporters this year alone.
The Trinamool Congress has had its share of victims too, but there is no denying that the present cycle of violence is the outcome of a shift in the balance of power at the grassroots level as turf wars between activists of the Trinamool Congress and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) rage intermittently, particularly in south Bengal. The ferocity and frequency of this jostling for political space have increased since the electoral successes of Ms. Banerjee's party in the panchayat elections in May 2008.
But even before it savoured that success, the Trinamool Congress had been spoiling for a confrontation with the Left Front government once Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee's regime was re-elected in the 2006 Assembly polls — whether on the thorny issue of acquisition of land for industry in Singur (that started in 2006) or in Nandigram (2007). Agitation mode has continued.
There were the developments in Lalgarh, precipitated by the setting up in November 2008 of a local resistance group backed by the Maoists, against alleged police atrocities on a section of villagers — one that also got the support, occasionally overt, of the Trinamool Congress.
Equations with MaoistsThe party's equations with the Maoists have, at best, been dubious. Having opposed from the start the joint security operation against the ultras and having dismissed any suggestion of their presence in the State, Ms. Banerjee is now calling the Marxists and the Maoists "two sides of the same coin;" the operation a pretext of the State government for engaging in "state-sponsored terrorism" even though the security exercise might have been mandated by a government at the Centre, of which she is a Minister.
This change in her posturing has raised questions in various political quarters. Could it have come in the wake of the acknowledgement by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Union Home Minister P. Chidambaram that the Maoists are the greatest threat to internal security? Have their assertions forced Ms. Banerjee into a position of awkwardness that she is desperate to wriggle out, given the disclosures by Maoist Polit Bureau member Koteswar Rao, alias Kishenji, that left-wing extremists were present in Nandigram during the agitation spearheaded by the Trinamool Congress there in 2007? Not to speak of her meeting with Chhatradhar Mahato, convener of the Maoist-backed Police Santrash Birodhi Janasadharaner Committee, a self-confessed agent of the Trinamool Congress in Lalgarh during the 2008 rural elections.
In a hurryEven as the Left Front leadership, reeling under the impact of reverses in successive elections over the past year, is looking for corrective measures to get its act together ahead of the crucial Assembly elections in 2011, it appears that the Trinamool Congress leadership, riding the crest of its electoral successes, is in a hurry for the polls.
Of late, Ms. Banerjee seems to have dropped the demand for imposition of President's Rule in the State on the ground of a "total breakdown in law and order" — something Ms. Banerjee had been strident about since the resounding success of the Trinamool Congress-Congress electoral alliance in the April-May Lok Sabha elections.
Instead, she is now speaking of "Assembly elections drawing nearer with every act of terror" the CPI(M) is allegedly responsible for.
Not that the relations between the Trinamool Congress and the Congress are exactly hunky-dory. Even though leaders of the two parties keep trying to put their differences under the lid, the Congress has not always taken kindly to Ms. Banerjee's high-handedness in matters of seat adjustment, demanding greater "mutual respect" for the sake of the alliance.
Privately, the Trinamool Congress may not be too disappointed over the failure of its electoral partner to win more than one of the three seats it contested in the recent by-polls when it, on the other hand, recorded a "hundred per cent" success, coming up trumps in all the seven constituencies where it was in the fray.
A definite outcome of the November 7 by-elections is that Ms. Banerjee's writ shall prevail when it comes to matters concerning the alliance.

Achutanandan going Gowri way
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: Brother M.S. Jayaprakash, Kerala's most famous Ezhava scholar, has stated the well-known facts which we have been saying in all our speeches in Kerala and writings in Dalit Voice. All the DV references are cited below.
Great guru forgotten: Jayaprakash is a member of DV family since decades and intimately known to us. All that we have said here is also known to him.
Our point is honest Ezhava intellectuals have failed to liberate the poor, struggling sweat labour Ezhava masses from the poison of Brahminical marxism.
Brahmins, Nairs and Syrians, the rulers of Kerala, will do whatever they want in their interest. But why the Ezhava leadership, the SNDP Yogam, the Ezhava intellectual class is sitting silent? Our fear is they have all forgotten the great guru.
We have met hundreds of such people in the past over 30 years. We met Gowriamma along with Kanshi Ram, BSP founder, for one hour. But all our labour was a waste.
Same is the case with Achutanandan. He is suffocated. Even the party leadership hates him. Yet he tolerates all the humiliation and keeps silent. Why is he not revolting against this torture and taking the Ezhava masses towards the guru? Brahminism finished Gowriamma and Achutanandan's turn is next.
Ezhava liberation is in the Ezhava hands. Outsiders can't do anything.

DV prediction on Thackeray proves correct
OUR CORERSPONDENT
Bangalore: We congratulate the Marathis for "killing" the fake tiger called Bal Thackeray.
Long back, we had predicted such a happy outcome. That the tiger was "killed" by his own Marathi nephew is the irony of the tragedy.
We have written enough on this bogus Marathi Manoos who came as a curse on Marathis and Bombay in particular. Bal Thackeray says his nephew Raj Thackeray betrayed the Marathis. No. It is the SS chief who took bribes from Gujaratis, Sindhis, Punjabis, South Indians and allowed them to control Bombay city. He created havoc and destroyed a beautiful city that was Bombay in which we lived for six years.
Marathi Brahmins always hated him. That is how they downed double peg when the SS broke its legs in the latest Assembly election. The toothless tiger is aged and dying. Let it spend its last days eating the over Rs. 10,000 crore-loot.
DV has predicted all this. Please read our reference below.

Once US & China unite, zionists & "Jews of India" will be half dead
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: Western and India's upper caste critics, who hate China's spectacular rise to super power status, are forcing Obama, who is visiting China (November) for the first time, to confront the Asian giant, raise all sorts of uncomfortable questions and if possible publicly damn it.
No. Obama will not oblige the Jews and the "Jews of India". He knows that the only country that can confidently rescue America in its hour of crisis is China — not only in its efforts to fight the zionist Israel outside and the zionists holding America's neck inside. Obama being a Black and also a Muslim will be a peace-monger. He needs China's support to solve the Palestine problem.
Obama is a product of history. He can create history only if he joins with China to tackle all the long-pending international problems and particularly the financial crisis within US.
Once he embraces China and puts the seal on the emerging G-2, the two powerful enemies of the world — the zionists and the "Jews of India" — will be half dead.
Govt. to produce quacks to kill villagers: Upper caste doctors freed from rural job
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: The Govt. of India under the leadership of the Khatri Sick PM has decided to forget the villages, where wealth is produced, but concentrate only on cities where the upper caste (15%) consumers live. They are not only highly pampered but they actually are the rulers — going by the misleading name of "middle class".
Already education, health care, socio-economic needs of the villages are forgotten. Though our MPs and MLAs get elected from villages, they have lost all the power to the urban manipulators. But toilet papers are published from metropolitan cities and they promote the needs of only the top 15% upper castes who live in urban India.
Nilekani's new job: The Khatri Sick has assembled his choicest team of manipulators to undertake this job. Nandan Nilekani, a Karnataka Brahmin of the Infosys, is the latest edition. Our sources say the object is to deny voting rights to all unwanted SC/ST/Muslims from the voters list and other facilities through his "Unique Identification Card (UID) — a highly conspiratorial project kept under tight secrecy.
Our legislators are kept so busy, entertained through wining, dining and other merriment that they are completely unaware of the highway robbery that is going on.
The Jews and the "Jews of India" have come together to execute this conspiracy of weakening, subverting and the slow death of the Bahujan Samaj.
No hospital in villages: DV is the only paper in the whole country shouting and screaming about this zionist-Brahminist conspiracy. Not a single report in DV has so for proved wrong.
Our sources said the latest conspiracy against the rural India is to completely deny them the health care. Already, not a single hospital in village is functioning.
MBBS doctors —who are 80% upper castes, urban born and urban-bred— have refused to accept rural posting.
Indian doctors in UK: The govt. spends crores of rupees to produce one MBBS doctor and as soon as he or she gets the degree he files abroad seeking a kushy job — cursing India that made him a doctor.
Britain's state-owned health care service is manned almost 50% by Indian upper caste doctors.
Remember, it is these very heaven-born Brahminical people who teach patriotism to Muslims. But they serve a foreign country. Who is anti-national?
The Union Health Minister Azad has been won over to the new scheme. The "novel scheme" will please the upper caste doctors who will be freed from rural services.
The govt. has decided to push the plus two completed students into a "medical course" to manufacture quacks in the name of doctors. These quacks will have to practice only in villages.
Khetan Desai brain: This is the brain child of the notorious Ketan Desai, the Gujarati Brahmin, who has made the life of every Union Health Minister miserable and yet can't be touched with all the charges of multi-million crore rupee corruption. He is the president of the powerful Medical Council of India which itself is a big racket safeguarding the total upper caste monopoly on medical education and profession.
Desai has convinced the govt. that manufacturing quacks to "treat" the villagers will solve the rural health manpower (Deccan Herald, Oct.19, 2009).
Dr. Ramadoss over-ruled: The previous Union Health Minister Anbumani Ramadoss — whose father and leader of the OBC party PMK, Dr. Ramadoss — is also a doctor, rejected Desai's dangerous plan to allow quacks to treat the already famished villagers.
India has 30,000 MBBS seats. Over 10 lakh students compete for these limited seats. The rich (meaning upper castes) pay bribes (called capitation fees) and get seats in private colleges.
The problem is almost 95% of the medicos are upper castes, urban-born and urban-bred who don't want to go to villages. They want the kushy city life. India has 7,30,000 doctors but they all want to be in cities. None to look after the producers of wealth living in villages.
To save Brahminism, Bhoodevatas are ready to sell the country itself
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: Big news. Shocking news. Brahmins have finally decided to bid goodbye to their dead language, Sanskrit, and even their "national language", Hindi, and take to their hated anti-Hindu English. What is happening to this punya bhoomi?
The Hindu terrorist party, RSS, has decided to take to English in a big way because after good deal of trial and error it has found that English is better suited to hinduise (enslave) the non-Hindu, if not anti-Hindu majority masses comprising SC/ST/BCs —65%.
Brahmins (2%) any way have become rulers by taking to English. Their own Sanskrit called the language of the gods (meaning godmen) is even today not able to attract even 50,000 in a country of 130-crore population.
Anti-national English: Brahmins, the owners and drivers of the Sanskrit campaign Rath, have deserted their own language because it fetches not even a farthing. The so-called "national" dailies are published in the anti-national English, the language of the British "invaders" who brought the hated Christianity and corrupted the country.
The RSS has, therefore, decided to switch over to their hated English in all its Vidya Bharati Schools run by it.
http://www.asianage.com/presentation/leftnavigation/news/top-story/rss-s...
http://www.expressindia.com/news/fullstory.php? newsid=31167
Because it found that English alone is capable of attracting parents who send their children to Christian convents. Not only English schools will earn big money but can better brainwash the children in Hindu thoughts.
Vivekananda used English weapon: Christian schools are able to attract Dalit students because they teach in English and through English the missionaries are able to "convert" thousands of Dalits and Tribals into Christianity. Conversion has become a big headache to the Brahminists who are losing their slaves.
Did not Vivekananda "conquer" (mislead) the world through English? Is not the American CIA-controlled ISCKON spreading "Krishna culture thoughts" in English?
RSS is finally forced to admit that English has become the global language.
It is the Brahminical English journalists in Times of India, Hindu, Hindustan Times etc. who are propagating and strengthening Brahminism better than the Sanskrit-singing Kudmi papans.
If the logic adopted by the RSS is accepted soon the Brahmin temple priests too have to give up Sanskrit and take to English. If so how will their gods understand this "foreign language" as the gods know only Sanskrit? Then mantras have to be recited in English and the kudmi papans have to take to pant and shirt. What will happen to Hindu culture and its "glorious heritage"?
Punya Bhoomi in peril: What is happening to the Punya Bhoomi? Muslims invaded India and brought their cursed Arabic, Persian, Urdu languages. Then came the Christians with their anti-national English language. So much so in the 21st century Sanskrit, the language of gods, is dead. Even the "gods on earth" do not know it. They have all taken to English, make love in English, listen to Western music, Hindu culture is dead.
With the RSS decision to take to English, the fall of Hindu, Hindi and Hindustan has become total.
Dumping Sanskrit into Arabian sea: It is not yet known how far the idea of switching over to English is acceptable to the Khaki half-pantwalas of Nagpur. Now that a super-RSS is born in Abhinav Bharat, with its tail Ram Sena going on the rampage in Karnataka, will the Bhoodevatas dump their Sanskrit into the Arabian Sea?
Our fear is once the RSS Brahmins reject Sanskrit and even Hindi and take to English, will it not amount to the country's oldest and the most uncompromising "Hindu party" rejecting Hinduism itself?
History has said the Bhoodevatas, the "Jews of India", have been disguising and hiding themselves as Hindu. But once they take to English will it not destroy their "Hindu identity" itself?
Threat to Hindu civilisation: Hindu, Hindi, Hindustan brought them such great dividends, made them rulers of the land (nay dictators) after partition of India. And then killing their own Mahatma.
Brahmin scholars have been boasting that "Hindu civilisation" developed around their Sanskrit scriptures. They also said that Sanskrit was the language of the Indus Valley civilisation of which they were the founders. If this is agreed will not accepting English destroy all that they claimed — including the world's most ancient Hindu civilisation?
Geo-political order going against Jews & the "Jews of India"
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: The current global financial crisis, which hit America most and threatened the very seat of the world's sole super power, was a zionist creation. This is now fairly well-known but our toilet papers will not write this.
Jews who form just 2% of the US population and control everything including the White House, did not like the election of Obama, a Black and a Muslim, who reversed every policy of the zionist blue-eyed boy Bush.
Capturing Pak N. facility
Even today America is struggling to stand on its legs. Obama is attacked from all sides by the zionists and their White Christian bum-lickers. The impending defeat of US forces in Afghanistan has added to his worry. Zionists did not like Obama threatening Israel, their blue-eyed boy, and indirectly helping Iran to handle Israel. Obama is also sidelining their favourite Hillary Clinton.
The zionists have never before faced such a gloom in the US of which they were the lords for about a century. There are also alarming reports that the latest Taliban attack on the Pakistan Army headquarters at Rawalpindi was the handiwork of the Mossad and RAW to seize Pakistan's nuclear facility, cripple Pakistan, and then attack Iran.
All such reports are coming out at a time when the enormous zionist capital is being silently shifted to Europe and the Euro is emerging as the world' strongest currency.
Europe hates U.K.
The zionists have been for long grooming Tony Blair, their blue-eyed boy whom they want to make the President of the European Union. The London Economist (Oct.10, 2009), a pro-zionist weekly, strengthened our suspicion when it made Blair eyeing the Euro sleeping beauty — a cover story.
Europeans don't like England for siding with America and never joining Europe in times of difficulties. Even now UK has been maintaining its separate identity holding on to pound rejecting the Euro currency.
India backing wrong horse
But the zionists are not bothered about such opposition. They can purchase, if not threaten, any European leader. Germany has been humbled through Holocaust mantra. Markel is their slave. The French President is anyway a Jew. When Europe's two most powerful countries are in zionist pocket why bother about the lesser people.
But Blair, hated by the Europeans for being the poodle of George W. Bush, may not be accepted by the Europeans so easily. When the zionists are trying to ease out the gentlemanly Gordon Brown and there is every chance of the Conservatives winning the next election in Britain. Blair will get no political support of his own country.
But what should be of serious worry to India is our Brahminical rulers are always backing the losing horse. Economically, educationally etc. India stands crippled — under the 62-year old Brahminical rule.
Muslims will go against zionists
Zionists may use all the tricks of the trade for which they are famous but there are the "forces of history" which shape the world order. China's currency has already replaced the Japanese Yen and the World Bank (also in zionist hands) has already said Chinese Yuan would soon be world's No.1 currency.
Politically China, Russia and Iran are coming together with the backing of many other countries. Muslims will go with this camp and use their powerful oil weapon to punish the zionists.
Geopolitical order is going against the Jews and the "Jews of India".
Temple entry stunts in TN
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: In the name of temple-entry to Dalits, Brahminical people are promoting caste clashes between Untouchable Pariahs and OBC Vanniyar and Thevars in Tamil Nadu.
The marxist party, which is rabidly Brahminical, is taking the initiative in temple entry stunts and then getting them beaten up by the angry OBCs. Such a divide and rule is a favourite Brahminical game.
Untouchables (Dalits) are not Hindu and were never Hindu. Why should they bother about temple entry?
OBCs not enemy of Dalits: Already in TN, the upper castes have brainwashed the Dalits by convincing them that the OBCs are the enemy of Dalits. TN is having an OBC govt. under the Cut-Throat CM.
Bahujan unity: Vanniyar Party (PMK) chief Dr. Ramadoss is not only the topmost Vanniyar leader but also a Periyar EVR follower and a rationalist. It is his caste which is being instigated against Dalits.
Brahmins have successfully divided the Dalits and Vanniyars in the North TN and Dalits and Thevars in the South. So much so Dalits consider OBC as their enemy No.1 - not the Brahminical upper castes. If this is accepted what will happen to the Bahujan unity?
Temple entry is a gandhian stunt. Dalits must reject it.
Doubts on C'Wealth games
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: Did we not say that anything the papans touch will become mud and expressed doubts on Commonwealth Games 2010? (DV Oct.16, 2009 p.18: "Question mark on Delhi's C'Wealth game").
With all the "super genius" boasting Brahmins parading in and out of India, the govt. will have to finally appoint a foreign expert to build the venue. Suresh Kalmadi, the Karnataka Brahmin heading the Rs. 16 billion project is not only busy eating but created a total mess of the whole thing. The Comptroller and Auditor-General reports that 13 out of the 19 sports venues are in a mess.
But Kalmadi is a Big Brahmin. Every other papan will come to his rescue if he is touched.
Only Dalits like Mayawati and Chief Justice Dinakaran (DV Oct.16, 2009 p.11: "Brahminical bid to block Dalit judge elevation to Supreme Court") can be hanged.
This is the law in Brahminical India.

Who killed the Prophet of New India? Brahmin second wife & her boy friend caused the death, says secretary
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: Who killed Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the Father of India, hailed as one of the six best brains in the world, and why this has not been properly highlighted even by our Dalit leaders and writers? This is because most of them have been purchased by the Brahminical rulers.
The book written by Nanak Chand Rattu, who served as the private secretary to Babasaheb for 17 long years until his death (Dec.6, 1956) in Delhi, titled Last Few Years of Dr. Ambedkar (1997), throws light on the hidden secrets. Rattu had presented a copy of this book to us with his signature when we visited his house in Paschim Vihar in New Delhi on Jan.1, 1999.
MYSTERY BEHIND THE DEATH
The book gives shocks after shocks because it reveals the very hand of the Brahmins who caused the partition of India and then killed even their own father of the nation, M.K. Gandhi.
On p.213 of his book, he finally reveals the "Shocking Truth" in the following words:
Strange as it may appear, this much is quite certain that the blot on the person of Mrs. Savita Ambedkar and Dr. Madhav G. Malvankar can never be washed away. The Dalits and Buddhists, nay, the history will never forgive them.
Savita is the second (Brahmin) wife whom Dr. Ambedkar reluctantly married and Dr. Malvankar, a Brahmin doctor in Bombay, who agreed to cure many diseases of Babasaheb but never did. This is the conspiratorial team behind Babasaheb death.
Rattu suspects a foul play (Chapter No. 22, p.183):
REASONS FOR SUSPICION
Rattu says: On the fateful night of Dec.5, 1956 around 12 midnight, as I took leave of him to go home there was nothing unusual in his health. Just stepping out of the gate with my bicycle, I was called back. He asked me to take out from almirah the typed script of letters to: (1) Buddha Sasana Council, Rangoon (Burma), (ii) Acharya P.K. Atre and S.M. Joshi and (iii) Preface and introduction to the Buddha and His Dhamma and to place on the table near his bed. He said, he will have a look at these after me. These were the most anxious moments for me as I could well imagine his anxiety. When I humbly offered to stay back, he told me there was nothing to worry about as he was perfectly alright. He asked me to come early morning. "These", he said, "are to be despatched without fail". His sudden mysterious death the same night became everybody's talk, suspecting a foul play. When we came to our senses after this shock of our lives, the question that arose in our minds was as to how this news was not communicated to us immediately after his death. Why it was that we had to depend upon All India Radio broadcast to hear about his death, when his own son was with us on the 6th December, 1956, in Bombay? What prevented Mrs. Ambedkar from informing Yeshwantrao Ambedkar, the only son of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar about his father's death?
MALVANKAR MISCHIEF
The medical attendant who was acting as a family doctor of Babasaheb, Dr. Madhav G. Malvankar, for last decade or so, was propagating in hysterical mood with the undertone of mockery on the early morning of Dec.6 that Babasaheb was enjoying the best of his health. It was later on revealed that the long distance telephone call booked by Mrs. Ambedkar was for this doctor and that news of Dr. Babasaheb's death was communicated to him. If it is true what could be the k_tention of this family doctor for making such remarks?
DEATH WAS PRE-PLANNED
The bearer of Babasaheb was prevented from taking tea for him on the morning of 6th December even though it was the routine to serve him tea at that hour.
Ignoring Mrs. Ambedkar's protest the bearer entered with tea into Babasaheb's room to find him dead. He was presumably the second person to know about the facts of Babasaheb's death.
The suspicion was the death of Babasaheb was pre-planned.
GOVT. REFUSES TO ORDER PROBE
Marathi papers openly attacked Mrs. Ambedkar and reported that their domestic life was not happy.
In view of the very serious and grave charge made, the Blitz asked Savita Ambedkar to come out with a rejoinder or any clarification she may think fit. Surprisingly, not a word of explanation nor contradiction came from her. Nor she decided to take action against these papers, thereby creating suspicion and doubts in the minds of millions. Nor the govt. ordered a probe into the death.
SAVITA INDICTED
On Aug.3, 1957, C.B. Khairmoday, an eminent scholar who has written several books on Dr. Ambedkar in Marathi directly indicted Dr. Malvankar and Savita of murder.
Khairmoday condemned their role in the life of Dr. Ambedkar and came to the inescapable conclusion that on the basis of "all the above (as quoted in his letter) and other circumstantial evidence made me to realize that Dr. Ambedkar's death was not a natural death".
BABASAHEB ILL-TREATED
Sohan Lal Shastri, another close associate of Ambedkar, revealed in his Hindi book about Babasaheb's marriage, the ill-treatment and harassment caused to him by Savita, as also the harsh experiences of Babasaheb.
BABASAHEB SCOLDS SAVITA
One day Babasaheb fired Savita in the following words:
"After I am out", he said, "either to office or to Parliament House, you wander away the whole day in the car and meeting Brahmin officers and Ministers at their residences. Are you here to see the Kumbh Mela or to serve me? You had promised that you will dust out the books and place these before me on the table. You had also promised that you will look after me well and pay more attention to my meals, but I find that you get no time from your wanderings. Did I not also make it clear to you, before the marriage, that there is not the least sexual urge or feeling left in me, which has altogether died? You have not the least interest in reading and writing, nor the time to look after me. You are here only for merry-making and enjoyment. I have studied you very well for the last one year. Those very rascals (group of rogues) have deceived me, in the lame excuse that she will look after and serve me".
BABASAHEB KILLED BY WIFE
Bhal Chander Lokhande from Nagpur has come out with sensational hair-raising revelations, with courage, strength, fearlessness and determination that Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's death was not natural and that he was done away with by Mrs. Savita Ambedkar.
The two small booklets that he has published in Marathi on the subject bear testimony to what he has stated. These are:
(1) Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkarancha Khooni Sau. Savita Ambedkar (Savita Ambedkar, the murderess of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar).
(2) Savita Ambedkaranch-a Bhandaphod (Savita Ambedkar's misdeeds exposed).
NO DOCTOR ALLOWED TO ATTEND
Rattu says Dr. Malvankar and Savita prevented Babasaheb from getting treatment from any other doctor.
Her hostile attitude and narrow-thinking and trampling upon the sentiments of Dr. Ambedkar's lieutenants, close associates, friends and millions of followers gave rise to speculation that she was not interested in the welfare of Dr. Ambedkar and wanted to confine him to bed as her virtual prisoner.
EVIL FORCES AROUND DR. AMBEDKAR
Babasaheb himself realized the presence of concentrated evil spirits, working of the contriving influences and vicious forces around him. This was further deepened on his coming back from Nagpur after embracing Budhism on Oct.14, 1956, then on his return from Kathmandu on Nov.30.
SAVITA had SEVERAL NAMES
Though Dr. Ambedkar died on Dec.6 1956, Savita stayed on at the Alipur Road bungalow (Delhi) till Aug.31, 1967. During this long period of about 10 years and nine months she had all the gay time, fun and frolic, plenty of entertainments, merry-making, going over places on pleasure trips, and adopted cheap ways and means to accumulate wealth.
SAVITA'S AFFAIRS
Apart from her various names that she adopted, from time to time, during the period from 1926 to 1937 — such as Leela, Laxmi, Sharda, the last being in her school and college records, as reported by C.B. Khairmoday — and then Savita after her marriage, still not satisfied, in 1960 another name viz "Bitoo" was adopted, and was fondly called, rather she liked to be addressed as such by her accomplices, with a view to conceal identity and to carry on her affairs.
Her affairs during the life-time of Dr. Ambedkar, those after he breathed his last — both at 26-Alipur Road and at agriculture farm — are so damaging, eye-opening and hair-raising that the very thought of it makes me sad and weep.
TRAGIC END
In a passing reference I would, however, like to record here with a little bit of hesitation that in case I make revelation of all her affairs — countless foolish acts, peculiar methods, performances and crooked ways — with the available material, information, documentary evidences, my personal knowledge and bitter experiences, in plenty, the reader may stop reading, place the book aside, bow his head with moist eyes, so visibly moved, and with a long sigh exclaim:
"Ah! Babasaheb, Babasaheb, Babasaheb, you were destined to such a sad tragic end."
I will not, however, do that, rather my conscious do not allow me.
*******
India's tallest intellectual dies a sad man
"Independent" India has not produced an intellectual giant of the stature of Babasaheb Ambedkar.
Gandhi was a worm before Babasaheb whom we have described as the "Father of India".
Budha was the greatest Indian and Babasaheb comes no.2. This is the verdict of history. Both of them were victims of Brahminism — a 3,000 -year -old disease which has become malignant after "independence" — being directly ruled by these human-haters.
Headed by the Kashmiri Brahmin, Jawaharlal Nehru, they not only did not use his services but persecuted him in various ways and finally also killed him.
Babasaheb was an all-round genius — authority on economics, religion, politics, sociology, philosophy, law including international law. Many more.
He was also a master of many languages including Sanskrit, Pali English, Germany etc.
The rulers refused to recognise and honour such a towering genius. And the country suffered as a result.

No doctor allowed to treat Dr. Ambedkar even when he was critical
OUR CORRESPONDENT
C.B. Khairmoday, eminent Marathi writer, who has written several books on Dr. Ambedkar in Marathi, has charged that the second Brahmin wife, Savita, had kept Dr. Ambedkar as a virtual prisoner when he was seriously ill in Delhi. The following facts were mentioned in his complaint to the Delhi Police dt. Aug.5, 1957 but the police took no action. The following passage is taken from Rattu's book.
Important facts
(1) (a): Dr. Ambedkar had expressed many times his dissatisfaction against the joint medical treatment which Dr. Malvankar and his own wife were giving to him as he did not find improvement in his health, even though these two doctors were treating him from 1946. Dr. Ambedkar used to hurl many abusive words towards Dr. Malvankar on many occasions when the latter used to retort back even though there were many persons around Dr. Ambedkar. Dr. Ambedkar drove away Dr. Malvankar many times with clear words that he did not wish to take his medical treatment any longer. On such occasions Mrs. Ambedkar managed to keep her husband confined to bed when finally Dr. Ambedkar himself used to ask her to send for Dr. Malvankar. Dr. Malvankar thus used to go to Delhi by plane on many occasions. These facts can be corroborated from Shri S.D. Gaikwad who was Head Clerk of the Siddharth College and also other members of the clerical staff.
(1) (b): Kamlakant V. Chitre, who was personal secretary to Dr. Ambedkar from 1925 to 1955, and others soon realized that though Dr. Madhav Gangaram Malvankar and the lady had been giving treatments from 1946, Dr. Ambedkar's health was not improving. His health was pulled down much in February 1954. At that time his friend. Shri Nair, one of the Directors of the Company which publish the Free Press Journal, Bombay, took Dr. Ambedkar to his bungalow at Juhu as his guest. Dr. Ambedkar stayed with Shri Nair for the period from 5th February to 3rd March 1954. Shri Chitre, B.K. Gaikwad, D.G. Jadhav and others met Dr. Ambedkar at Nair's place on 12th February, in deputation, and requested him to allow them to arrange to get him examined by a Board of Medical Experts in Bombay and change the medicine and treatment. The lady vehemently opposed this proposal and started weeping loudly in the presence of the persons present there. When she was away from them for a while,
Why not divorce her ?
Dr. Ambedkar expressed his inner feelings that just as Ram abandoned Sita, should I abandon my wife. Shri D.G. Jadhav replied that he should keep her, but allow them to appoint a panel of expert doctors for giving him treatment and they will arrange to meet the whole expenditure for new treatment. When the lady found that the deputationists were snatching Dr. Ambedkar away from her control, she took him on 4th March 1954 to Lonavala (College peon, Kamble accompanied them). The above facts can be corroborated by the deputationists.
Later on the lady managed to persuade Dr. Ambedkar to dismiss Shri Chitre, his son, Vasant, and Shri Gaikwad in 1955 from the Siddharth College, Shri Chitre died in July 1957. His son Vasant is a Librarian now in the KC College, Fort, Bombay.
The lady passed her MBBS in August 1937 (New Regulations) and was a she-house-man in Bai Motibai and Petit Hospital, JJ Compound, Bombay, in 1938. She appeared for MD (midwifery) in 1941 and failed. Dr. Malvankar passed his MD (medicine) in August 1931.
Both these doctors did not have a brilliant academic career. Neither of them had established their reputation as experts in medical line till 1948 or even thereafter.
Bid to cripple Dr. Ambedkar
Taking all these facts into account it struck me and many others why the lady did not allow any other medical man except Dr. Malvankar to treat her husband? That married woman would not like her husband to be cured immediately through anybody's treatment? What was the motive of Mrs. Ambedkar in confining her husband for treatment exclusively to herself and Dr. Malvankar? These facts are sufficiently strong to make one realize that Mrs. Ambedkar wanted to cripple down her husband by slow stages and to get his whole property willed to her, and if Dr. Ambedkar did not agree to do it, to finish him and to grab the property afterwards.
(2) When Dr. Ambedkar's body was at the Santa Cruz Airport, Bombay, some leaders suggested taking a little blood from his fingers, but the lady did not allow anybody to touch Dr. Ambedkar's body. The leaders had to submit to her will.
(3) When Dr. Ambedkar's body was brought inside the Rajgriha, Dr.Mehta who volunteered his services to make arrangements for keeping the body in order, was intermittently opposed by Mrs. Ambedkar who quarreled with him and prevented him from touching Dr. Ambedkar's clothes on his body. Dr. Mehta had to submit to her dictates.
(4) When it was proposed to give a hot bath to the dead body before cremation, Mrs. Ambedkar objected to this and people had to submit to her dictates at the critical time.
Monopoly on Babasaheb ashes
(5) When the body was laid open to the public, Mrs. Ambedkar was telling Mr. B.H. Varale, Registrar of the College, Aurangabad, to arrange to prepare small statues of Dr. Ambedkar and Buddha for sale to the public. These statues were to be prepared by Shri Bapu Madilgekar, an artist, engaged by Dr. Ambedkar for preparing statues of Buddha etc. at Aurangabad.
(6) When the ashes of Dr. Ambedkar were brought to the Rajgriha and the Siddharth College, Mrs. Ambedkar claimed to be the sole owner of the ashes and demanded to have keys of the places where ashes were kept. Shri Shankaranand Shastri and others quarreled with her and kept her quiet by retorting that she kept her husbandas virtual prisoner and now she wanted to make money by selling ashes of Dr. Ambedkar's followers.
(7) On 9th December 1956 she started canvassing through her brother Baloo that she should be placed on all the places of honour vacated by her husband viz. (1) president, People's Education Society, (2) Chairman of the Governing Body of the People's Education Society and (3) President of the All-India Buddhist Society, etc. But none supported her efforts as people had realized by then what kind of lady she was.
I had witnessed the scenes at points No. (2) to (7) above.
All the above and other circumstantial evidences had made people and me to realize that Dr. Ambedkar's death was not a natural death.
Yours faithfully
(C.B. Khairmoday)

Animals roaming around Dr. Ambedkar death place
New Delhi: Dr. Ambedkar Samarak Nirvan Bhoomi Karyakram Samiti has demanded that the death place of Dr. Ambedkar (No.26 - Alipore Road, Delhi) be treated on par with Gandhi Samadhi, Rajghat. Dr. Ambedkar died at 26-Alipore Road, Delhi, where not only he wrote the constitution of India but also the Buddha & His Dhamma. Even the followers of Dr. Ambedkar did not do justice to him as the place was forgotten and ignored. Only in 2003, the Govt. of India woke up to buy this place from a private owner.
Places related to Dr. Ambedkar like his birth place at Mhow (Indore), Diksha Bhoomi (Nagpur) and Chaitya Bhoomi (Bombay) are commemorated every year on a particular date where lakhs of followers assemble and pay their homage. Udit Raj said though No. 26-Alipore road is declared by the govt. as a monument yet no activities are done on its part, nor are they being encouraged. Animals roam around and it is full of dirt. Future belongs to DV: "National" toilet papers dying one by one
OUR CORRESPONDENT
Bangalore: Anything the ruling Brahminists touch becomes mud. This is the famous sentence often repeated in DV.
Now comes the report from the Audit Bureau of Circulation, which is again a Brahminical organisation, giving the alarming news that the country's all "national" toilet papers are one by one dying or killing each other. Happy news.
Gambling: The Times of India is closest to the Brahminical heart because it publishes on front page itself what is dearest to their heart. Sex gets the topmost priority, followed by sports, crime, their Hindu religion, hate-Muslim delicacies. And of course eating: Brahmanam Bhojana Priya.
Of course, their most favourite sport is gambling, given the dignified name of stock market.
How much the Bhoodevatas can consume all these "entertainment" on a daily basis? There is after all a limit even to non-human. Over-eating leads to indigestion and all sorts of diseases.
The rulers of India have turned sick and their sickness is killing India itself.
Suppressing truth: In all the big airports the English dailies are piled up and anybody can pick it free. Yet nobody touches these toilet papers.
The people are fed up of reading the stinking gutter stuff churned out by these papers.
Their only job is to suppress truth and churn out false news. Anything the Brahminists touch becomes mud. Did we not say that? DV has proved right.
Brahmin brain in turmoil: The future belongs to revolutionary papers like the truth-telling Dalit Voice.
The English-reading population of India is about 3 to 5% of which the Brahminists form 90%. Why did Brahminists dump their own paper?
Brahminical brain is in turmoil. Because their own conscience is cursing them. They are facing all-round darkness.
This is the right time for us — the victims of Brahminism — to throw a stone or two and kill the enemy.

Steep fall in newspaper circulation
Most English dailies in India registered a drop in circulation during January-June 2009, according to figures from the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC).
Of the 52 editions of various dailies that were surveyed, only seven, including two editions of the same newspaper, registered a higher circulation compared with the previous round of ABC.
RS. 2 PER COPY
In comparison, during July-December 2008, 20 editions of the 49 surveyed, had registered an increase in circulation. ABC releases circulation data every six months and different editions of newspapers are reported separately.
While newspapers around the world have seen falling circulation for years, India's print industry had bucked the trend, helped in part by relatively low (but growing) broadband and Internet penetration and a strategy that used growing advertising revenue to subsidize the cost of the newspaper for readers. National dailies in English can be bought off the news stand for as low as Rs.2 per copy.
Such a widespread fall in circulation, which hasn't spared the country's mightiest publishers, comes even as early signs of structural shifts are being seen.
The Times of India launched a weekend newspaper at a relatively high cover price—Rs.6.
Deccan Chronicle, whose nine editions are reported together by ABC, is the only major newspaper to have reported a higher circulation—13.33 lakh to 13.49 lakh.
ENGLISH DAILIES WORST HIT
Other newspapers to report a higher circulation during this round are Nagaland Post, Dimapur, Assam Tribune, Patna & Ranchi edition of Hindustan Times, Hitavada, Nagpur and Hyderabad and Nagpur editions of The Times of India.
"There was never a doubt that the trend that we have seen globally—that of falling newspaper circulation and readers migrating online—would come to India, too," said Smita Jha, associate director at the entertainment and media practice of consultant Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
"Timing of this trend was the only question. It was also clear that it would first appear in the national, English language print media. That is just what has happened."
FALL OF BUSINESS DAILIES
If the industry wisdom that business publications sell less during a market slump is true, it probably partly explains why business dailies have, without exception, lost sales.
The complete chart of the performance of English dailies is below. Here's how some of the leading titles performed (Circulation figures are rounded off. For complete figures, see chart below):
Bangalore Mirror dropped 29.79% to 88,350 copies. Business Standard saw lower circulation in all 11 editions that were surveyed, and in New Delhi, where it had the highest circulation, the business daily saw an 18% drop in circulation to 26,461 copies.
Mysore Bangalore-headquartered Deccan Herald saw circulation fall by 6.89% to 2.14 lakhs.
The Hindu Business Line saw a 5% drop in circulation to 1.63 lakh copies.
All eight editions of The Economic Times saw declining circulation. In Bombay, where the paper had the highest circulation, it fell 11.76% to 2.03 lakh copies.
PLIGHT OF THE HINDU
Madras-headquartered The Hindu saw a 6.39% drop in circulation. The daily, which is printed in 12 centres, now sells 13.6 lakh copies.
The New Indian Express saw a decline of 10.4% in circulation and now sells 3.09 lakh copies.
The Statesman in Calcutta saw a marginal drop in circulation to 1.66 lakh copies, while the New Delhi edition of the paper fell 11.92% to 6,187 copies.
The Telegraph saw a 4.09% decline in circulation to 4.65 lakh copies.
The Times of India in Bangalore, Mangalore and Mysore saw a 4.4% decline to 4.83 lakh copies. The paper saw declining circulation in Greater Bombay (-6.73%), Lucknow (-13.89%) and New Delhi (-10.5%), while circulation rose in Nagpur (16.7%) and Hyderabad (4.41%). Figures for the Pune edition were unavailable while there was no half year-ago figure for Ahmedabad, where the paper now sells 1.90 lakh copies.
