Dear Praful Kumar,

My family friend a medical Doctor on the barsi of his mother's death invited Illiterate Panda and his illiterate family from village, served them specially prepared food and gave them a set of Dhoti Kutra each. In the end besides other things touched their feet and gave Rs.500 notes to all.

In a similar situation I preferred to send food for 100 Orphans to an Orphanage.

Most Indians are trained to touch the feet of illiterate just because they belong to higher caste and feed them and give money too.

I am not surprised in this back drop you have admirations for Birlas, Ambanis, Mittals and Tatas even if the GOONS hired by them had abused your father, mother, brother or sister.

I am not surprised that you saw Guru, a Mani Ratnam film and was inspired by Guru Kant Desai, an illiterate school drop out starts business with DOWRY money for marrying a run away girl.

You were inspired by Guru Kant Desai exporting Chalk Power and claiming Export Incentives.

You were also inspired by his use of second hand machines.

You are also inspired by Companies started with public money and public was gradually Elbowed Out.

I believe you had educated in some Bania Institution.

But tragedy for India is genetically coward majority thinks like you.

I have not come across a Bania including Tata who is not a Cheat, who don't hire Goons, who don't supply substandard or adulterated product and who is not corrupt.

I know Bania Rahul Bajaj – in 1995 agreed in Delhi India should sign Paris Treaty that recognizes Intellectual Property of member countries.

This scoundrel went to Mumbai and formed a Bania Cartel to oppose India signing Patent Treaty.

How can Bania Scoundrels who had not invented any product for hundred generations but know everything about Adulteration, could block the interests of millions of Indian professionals? Why can't I expose their Criminal Practices?

I am doing both professional and social service in exposing Criminal Banias.

More then 10 times they had abused me through their GOONS.

You are free to write stories about Good Banias.

I compete with Banias and have superior technologies, Banias also got outdated technologies and second hand plants but I can match Their Dhando.

Ambanis submit Project Report based on Siemens invoice but give contract to Chinese Companies.

Namaste Ravindra Ji,

If u have any political and ideological difference with any one is always nice and In democracy you must raise them.

But u don't think use of such cheap language is not correct, because abusing any one is lot easy, by seating for 5 min I can write thousand abusive words for you, ur caste, ur religion, ur family or ur region.

If u have some problem with Birla or Ambani then file a case in court like PIL or go to consumer court, why u need to use such cheap word targeting complete group.

If u believe in freedom of expression then that means not u abuse others.

I think u forget this same TATA, BIRLA and AMBNI are also some individual. And speaking on caste lines in a secular (so called) country is not at all a nice way of caring our own country also, write things with proof against every one you are free to do that but to get respect u must give respect to enemies also; thinks someone abuse u on ur caste or someone abuse ur some family member how u will fill so same logic go for others.

TATA are those who given this country 1st 5 star hotel, steel factory, airways and many such things.

If you have some problem then start a business and compete them or just counter there tricks by court or through government.

By the way keeping sending mails as ur mails are lot entertaining when I want to laugh I just read ur mails, if things of ideological difference then I remember one dialogue from Guru Move Jab Dushman badhane lage to sanjho tarki ho rahi hai means when enemy are increasing think that ur growing.

Thanks a lot at the end.

Thanks & Regards,

PrafulKumar

Bania Dhando, Birla, Ambani and Tanti

You can see how Bania RIL of Dhiru wants to buy a soap brand and Banias Birlas and Tanti fighting over BAD wind Turbines.

Banias don't accept liability for supplying defective products and Dhando ke liye Kuchh Bhi Kar Sakta Hai.

Tanti took over RE Power of Germany in hope of acquiring technology but is unable to do so.

Birla,Tanti in talks to settle turbine suit

Dev Chatterjee ET NOW

KUMARMangalam Birla-owned Essel Mining and wind energy firm Suzlon Energy are trying to settle out-of-court a lawsuit filed by the Birla company in the Bombay High Court seeking damages over technical problems experienced by the wind mills set up by Suzlon for the Birla company.

Top officials of both companies said settlement is in the works over Essel Mining's petition filed late last year. The Kumar Mangalam Birla firm was seeking damages over under performance of the wind mill set up at a cost of Rs 400 crore at Dhule in Maharashtra. Essel Mining had set up the 75 mw wind mill to supply power to the Maharashtra grid but it is operating at sub-optimal levels.

A Birla group spokesperson refused to comment on the issue stating that the matter is sub-judice. A top source in the Birla group said Essel Mining's wind mill faced long shut downs and the equipment was damaged by local villagers due to lack of security..

Currently, he said the company's wind mills are operating at 25% of its capacity.

In results declared on Sunday slipped deep into the red as it had to spent Rs 400 crore in the fiscal ended March 31 this year to replace faulty turbines and blades for its clients. Speaking to ET Now Sumant Sinha, COO of Suzlon Energy said: We have had certain blade retrofit issues, which really are part of stabilisation of our, S88 machine, that have also impacted our profit & loss account. The company announced a loss of Rs 184 crore for the March quarter this year. Apart from Essel Mining, MSPL, Madras Cements, and KS Oils have also complained of similar turbine failures in the past. The turbine failures have led to significant loss in revenues of these companies.

Sinha said most of these replacement issues are behind them and in the future Suzlon is looking at much better profitability. Going forward and just in terms of numbers, for the next year, we expect next year to be reasonably flat compared to this year, but profitability will improve quite significantly, Sinha said.

The company has faced similar problems with its clients in the United States and had to spend a lot of money in blade retrofitting. Sinha said on Sunday that as wind mills are usually set up in inaccessible places, the company has spend a lot of money in building roads and transporting equipments in specially designed trucks. This usually leads to damage to equipment, he said.

Rel Retail bids for Henkel soap brands

Ratna Bhushan NEW DELHI June30, 2009

MUKESH Ambani's Reliance Retail has put in bids to acquire two of Henkel India's soap brands, a sign of the big ambitions it has in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business.

Any deal for men's deodorant soap Aramusk and sandalwood soap Moloy, put up for sale late last year, is estimated to be worth about Rs 10 crore. The Henkel brands are unlikely to generate significant revenues at the national level but are attractive buys locally, especially in the eastern part of the country.

Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), the parent company of Reliance Retail, has identified the FMCG sector as its next big growth area and is planning to set up 2-3 subsidiaries to manage the business. What started as a private label initiative for Reliance Retail has now grown into a large business idea, said two persons close to the development.

They said the entire business (manufacturing and distribution) will be operated through third parties, with Reliance controlling the brand and technology behind it. The plan is to create consumer brands, acquire them, and get into joint ventures with existing companies, a top company official said.

Chennai-based Henkel had earlier put four non-core brands on the block that included Maha Bhringol hair oil and Tuhina skin cream. ET has learnt that Reliance is not interested in acquiring the hair oil brand, and Henkel has decided to retain Tuhina as its core brand.

FMCG biz unlikely to attract negative publicity

THE Emami Group is also in the race for the Henkel soap brands but a person close to the deal process said Reliance has bid higher. Mumbai-based consumer goods firm Jyothy Laboratories also considered acquiring the brands but it couldn’t be ascertained if it is still in the race. Mape Advisory Services is the investment banker for the deal. Aramusk and Moloy were owned by Shaw Wallace India before Henkel acquired them in 1999. Reliance Retail and Henkel India declined to comment.

The FMCG sector has coped with the slowdown better than most others, growing by 18-20% in the past 5-6 quarters helped mainly by price hikes, increased consumer promotions, new product launches and smaller packs. Though growth slowed down in April and May, FMCG companies are aggressively gunning for volumes and are optimistic that growth will rebound.

For Reliance, the FMCG business is unlikely to attract negative publicity "unlike its retail venture" since it would involve small manufacturers and not compete with them as was the case with its retail unit. FMCG is also a business where overhead costs are low and outsourcing is common. Reliance plans to enter into agreements with manufacturers, and the FMCG business would get a captive audience at the 750-odd Reliance Retail stores and give the retail venture the margins the company would otherwise have paid to a distributor.

Among the categories that Reliance proposes to enter are foods such as staples and snacks, and personal care products, including soaps, detergents, shampoos and hair oils.

In January this year, Henkel, a 51% subsidiary of German consumer products company Henkel KGaA, had decided to divest its non-core regional brands. Henkel wants to prune its portfolio to focus on flagship brands Henko and Mr White (both laundry care brands), Pril dishwasher, Margo soap and Fa deodorants.

Other brands in the Rs 600-crore Henkel India's portfolio include Neem toothpaste and haircare brands Igora, Bonacure, Glatt and Palette. In addition to deodorants, the Fa franchise includes soap, talcs, shaving creams and after-shave lotions. Also, Henkel introduced its Bref surface cleaners last year.
