Is governance all about Mathematics?Free market economy has reduced governance to Mathematics.Policy making and the logic of affairs of governance is limited within Mathematics. There is a range of views among mathematicians and philosophers as to the exact scope and definition of mathematics.

We have been reduced to biometric and digital citizenship and the numbers decide our identity,our existence.The mathematics of the ruling hegemony numerically handles us and minorities as well as the majority have no fundamental rights to defend as the mathematics has to decide what should be enough for our sustenance.

Poverty line based trickling growth and empowerment,purchasing power based inclusion and development and biometric management of the basic needs of the people have to be determined without any fiscal policy whatsoever.The governance is not concerned to democracy, equity,justice,rule of law or constitutional provisions at all.

Private parties would decide our working conditions,terms and conditions altogether ,our wages,efficiency and they may terminate us anytime and the terminators consist of the ruling class so ruthless which cares for the numbers most and settles every score at their will with intense match fixing and scams.The define and redefine everything.They plan and modify,they enact and order without any public hearing.

Out of the blue any insurrection, any movement,any coup,any revolution may upset any body`s apple cart anytime and it is all about the history of nations.

No people anywhere in the world might be ruled by mathematics.Just because human anatomy should have two very important organs the heart and the mind and the anatomy works only when the senses of the person works.No one may overrules the senses however omnipotent should he or she be.

Neo Nazi global order is predestined to fail just because as human beings, we the people have heart,mind and senses irrlevant to its quality or status.No mathematics may solve the puzzles of society,life or polity in any given condition.We have to address every issue separately and no equation may resolve the connectivity problem.

But the ruling hegemony has not to care about the heart,mind and senses.It dominates.It excludes.It adjusts and readjusts demography to tame the people to get the mandate to rule in ad emocracy like that we boast of.

Thus,Indian rulers have to do nothing with the agrarian problems.

Thus,the rulers have not of address the fundamental issues of the economy.

Just because the rulers have not to care for humanity or environment or nature.

Just because  governance is reduced to exploitation of human and natural resources and itdeals with heart and mind with so much so invoked aggressive religious nationalism and opts for ethnic cleansing and apartheid to settle the scores of the production systems no bothering about the interactive relations of the people in accordance with their productivity non productivity.
