Govt of UP has to play a more proactive role and ensure that the benefits of Scheduled Caste Sub Plan -- SCSP should reach to the Dalits. SCSP should be an instrumental for their comprehensive development as part of net growth of the country. The present allocations of Govt of UP on SCSP are proper, numerically, and as per the provision of SCSP but funds should be spent to the targeted approach which will ensure adequate participant of Dalits in to the main stream of the development for which Govt of UP have to spent more funds of SCSP on Higher education, technical education, scholarships, entrepreneurship exclusively.
