MY 115th OPEN MESSAGE TO ALL PEOPLE OF GOOD WILL

The recent article by Hasan Abu Nimah published by EI ( see : http://electronicintifada.net/v2/article11355.shtml ) is one of the very few, if not the only one, which condemns the wave of hypocrisy and deceptions, which followed the initial shock in the aftermath of the murderous zionist attack on the humanitarian aid flotilla for Gaza.

Amongst the exposed deceptions is also that of the PA Ramallah leaders as follows :

"Mahmoud Abbas, Fatah leader and head of the Ramallah-based Palestinian Authority, who was reported to have pleaded with US President Barack Obama not to let Israel end the siege and thus hand Hamas an easy victory, is also now calling for lifting the blockade. But when pressed, Abbas is always careful to condition his demand on "reconciliation" between Hamas, which has survived numerous Abbas-backed coup attempts since it won the 2006 elections, and his Fatah which -- with international support -- usurped control of the Palestinian Authority apparatus after it lost the election.

The "reconciliation" that Abbas wants is to return to the status quo before Hamas foiled the last coup attempt in June 2007. In other words, Abbas wants for himself an easy victory -- to return his forces to control Gaza and its borders -- which he could not achieve through conspiracies and armed adventures."

However, in conclusion of the article, the author himself fails to make the correct conclusion when he states as follows :

"Any genuine calls to lift the siege should also make sure that the Israeli monopoly on power in the region and its reign of lawlessness and terror are brought to an end."

Any attempt to limit the zionist apartheid regime of Israel is likely to fail, because of the very racist and fascist character of this USA supported regime. Therefore the demand must be - along with the BDS campaign - to disband the zionist apartheid regime of Israel now !

Not one Palestinian leader has done his duty so far by calling for the immediate disbandment of the zionist apartheid regime of Israel. This is as detrimental to the Palestinian cause as the Raji Sourani betrayal of myself and my children to the ongoing torture by the zionist Gestapo here, in Australia.

Obviously, with every passing day of Palestinian betrayal of my daughter, of my son and of myself to the zionist Gestapo; and with every passing day of the zionist Gestapo's ongoing deadly torture of us; and with every passing day of treachery by Raji Sourani and his cronies the Palestinian cause is diminished, the international solidarity with it is shrinking, and the Palestinian self inflicted disasters would multiply.

Under such circumstances the only hope left for us is the solidarity protests by all people of good will around the world.

I therefore ask again every reader to send immediately protest messages to the following email addresses, and with a copy to my email address (ben.merhav@gmail.com or benjaminmerhav@hotmail.com ).

1. to the Australian government (email r.mcclelland.mp@aph.gov.au;kevin.rudd@aph.gov.au) a message along the following lines :

" I protest the continuous torture of the Australian citizen Benjamin Merhav by sleep deprivation and his daughter and son by psychiatric torture in Melbourne, Australia.

This torture is perpetrated against Benjamin Merhav directly by the clandestine arm of the State of Israel (the zionist Gestapo), and indirectly by the same culprit against Benjamin's daughter and son.

I demand that the Australian government instruct ASIO to protect these Australian citizens, and stop these terrorist crimes by a foreign government on Australian soil immediately !"

2. to ICJ-Australia and ICJ Secretariat (email president@icj-aust.org.au,chair@icj-aust.org.au,sec-gen@icj-aust.org.au,
info@icj.dk,info@icj.org ) a message along the following lines :

"I protest your refusal to investigate Benjamin Merhav's complaint against the Australian government's approval of ASIO's violation of the rule of law in Australia, regarding the continuous torture in Melbourne of himself, his daughter and his son , all Australian citizens, by the clandestine arm of the State of Israel (the zionist Gestapo).

I demand your immediate intervention to protect these Australian citizens, to stop the perpetration of these terrorist crimes In Australia, and to end these violations of the rule of law by the Australian government in Australia."

3. to the PCHR and to all the Palestinian leaders in occupied Palestine ( email english@palestine-info.co.uk ;
pchr@pchrgaza.org ) message along the following
lines :

"I protest the betrayal of Benjamin Merhav by Raji Sourani to the zionist Gestapo's torture. I demand Sourani's replacement on the ICJ and on FIDH with a honest Palestinian patriot who would initiate protest action against the torture of Benjamin Merhav, his daughter, and his son by the zionist Gestapo in Australia.

I demand that the Palestinian leaders encourage Palestinians and their supporters to protest this ongoing terrorist torture by the zionist Gestapo, and to demand that it should stop immediately."
