Important Directives of Allah on HAJJ & Qurbani
(Read Al_Quraan and Follow Allah's Directive without Misguidance)

Allah says "None can change Allah's words" Al-Kahf (018), Ayat 027
HAJJ:
HAJJ is Farz once in a life time subject to affordability (Al_Quraan_003:096-097). HAJJ performance should be based on hard earned money and there should not be any debt and other obligations on the person performing HAJJ. There is no concept of a free HAJJ financed by somebody or at government expense. HAJJ is Farz only on those who can afford its expenses. HAJJ-e-Badal or performing HAJJ for someone else, dead or alive, as a substitute conflicts with the clear directives of Quraan which clearly say 'No bearer of any burden can bear the burden of another person' (Al_Quraan_017:015 / 035:018). Further the Quraan says 'Persons alive or dead are not equal and the dead lying in graves can listen nothing' (Al_Quraan_035:022). Further Allah says that that 'The dead will only be awakened on the Day of Judgment and until then they will lie under BARZAQ (barrier/veil) which prevents them from awakening' (Al_Quraan_023:100 / 027:080 / 030:052).
After HAJJ performance and Taubah (repentance), the person concerned MUST shun all evils and sins and live a life of piety and do good deeds to earn the blessings of Allah. It is said that our beloved Prophet performed one HAJJ only to leave an example for the Muslims particularly living in far off lands and places to lessen their monetary and travelling burden etc. It is wrong to call oneself as a Haji or Al-Hajj to impress others.
NOTE: Instead of excessive performances of HAJJ / Umrah, the money thus saved should be spent on any good deed and helping the poor and the needy to please Allah (Al_Quraan_002:148 / 035:032). Allah has made the religion of Islam easy to follow (Al_Quraan_027:001) and there is no compulsion at all (Al_Quraan_002:256). Don't commit excesses or indulge in over-acting in religious matters and rituals and avoid misguidance (Al_Quraan_004:171 / 005:077).
HAJJ QURBANI/SACRIFICE OF ANIMALS:
HAJJ Qurbani is linked with performance of HAJJ and place of Qurbani is only near Kabaa in Makkah and those who cannot afford to make Qurbani, they should keep fast for 3 days during HAJJ and further fast for 7 days after they reach their homes thus totaling 10 days. Please see details in Al_Quraan_002:196 / 022:027-037. Further it is wrongly been propagated that the Eid-ul-Adha is an Eid-e-Qurban resulting in heavy expenditure on slaughter of animals on mass scale with some indulging in show business and arranging big parties. Actually the Hajis after coming back from Muzdalfah perform Qurbani and then shave their heads and remove their AHRAM. The HAJJ is now complete. The Hajis don't perform Eid-ul-Adha Salaat and as such it has been made a WAJIB Salaat for Non Hajis with no AZAN. But we have converted a WAJIB Salaat with Qurbani a big event with lavish expenditure. In Arabia also, those who perform HAJJ they make Qurbani and not by everybody.
Qurbani as Sunnah Ibrahimi is mentioned separately in another Surah (Al-Sifah{ Al_Quraan_037:102-108}). This can be given any time subject to requirement (e.g. Haqiqah after few days on the birth of a child and Sadqah on different occasion etc.). But due to lack of Quraanic knowledge and non-reading of Quraanic translation and understanding Allah's directives, we are misguided and exploited in all religious matters and rituals. Allah prohibits committing excesses and over acting in religious matters and rituals and prohibits us from being misguided by vested people (Al_Quraan_004:171 / 005:077). Qurbani of calf (being infants) is prohibited and the cow for Qurbani should neither be too old nor suffer from any disability/defect but should be young (Al_Quraan_002:067-071). Further only piety (TAQWA) of the Qurbani giver reaches Allah not the meat (Al_Quraan_005:027 / 022:037). This means that the Qurbani-giver should be free from sins and evils and be pious.
EXCESS MUST BE AVOIDED:
Islaam is an easy religion to follow (Al_Quraan_027:001) and there is no compulsion in religion (Al_Quraan_002:256/ 022:078) as to slaughter animals on mass scale by those not performing HAJJ and thus commit excesses or indulge in over-acting in religious matters due to misguidance (Al_Quraan_004:171 / 005:077) on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha as the position of other people who cannot afford such Qurbani becomes bad.
NOTE: All our brothers and sisters are cordially requested to read translation of Quraan to understand the directives of Allah correctly and to avoid being misled or misguided on the basis of weak and unauthentic Hadiths, tales and stories, traditions. Allah says none and not even our Prophet can change His directives except preaching and following them (Al_Quraan_006:106 / 007:203 / 010:015 / 08:027 / 024:054). Hence avoid any misguidance on the basis of weak and unauthentic Hadiths, tales, stories, traditions not in consonance with Quraan. Hold fast to the rope of Allah and don't be divided (Al_Quraan_003:103).
