Radioactive water has leaked from a storage tank into the ground at#Japan's #Fukushima plant.

It's the latest find in the crippled facility, which was damaged by an earthquake and tsunami two years ago. At least 300 tonnes of contaminated water is believed to have escaped - the worst leak yet. The puddle was spotted on Monday and was found to be radiating at five times the yearly exposure limit for plant workers.
