Right to rally.. Right to protest.. right to any form of non-violent movement is a constitutional right guaranteed in Article 19 of Indian Constitution.. Mamata also fasted for 26 days on a right cause.. As Fali Nariman has rightly said that 'We the People' precedes each and every institution of our country.. It is the people's power which will decide.. Yesterday Pranab Mukherjee has also agreed to it and indicated that govt may be more flexible in finding out a 'newer' solution.. Parliament failed to induce a Lokpal bill in d last 42 years after it was first tabled in 1969.. Unless this unprecedented mass upsurge happened it would never have passed.. Remember, Italy has abandoned Nuclear Power projects after mass rallied on d streets.. Why Govt is so fearful in going for a referendum?
