thank you for breaking up your silence and sir you must honour this. regarding amending, rewriting clause[b] and deletion of Explanation 2
of Article 25.this legislation insured Sikhs are part and section of hindu religion.  ਇਹ ਸਿੱਖਾ ਦਾ ਧਰਮ ਬਦਲੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ.    thus Sikhs and Sikhism lost
their independent status in india.Muslims,christians,parsi and hindus they enjoy their independent Azad status
in india not the Sikhs.rewriting clause [b]  and deletion of Explanation 2 as recommended by the constitution review commission in 2002 must be honoured to free Sikhs and Sikhism in india as follow.and the parliament of india must reinstate comprehensive [sampooran] Sikh anand marriage act not a loola langra act as they did in 2012.

3.23.1 A number of institutions of Sikhs and Buddhists suggested certain changes in article 25(2).  Explanation II to article 25 provides that reference to Hindus in sub-clause (b) of clause (2) should be construed as including a reference to Sikhs etc.

 

3.23.2 The constitution review Commission in year 2002. without going into the larger issue on which the contention is based, is of the opinion that the purpose of the representations would be served if Explanation II to article 25 is omitted,[deleted] and sub-clause (b) of clause (2) of that article is reworded as follows:-

 

"(b) providing for social welfare and reform or the throwing open of Hindu, Sikh, Jaina or Buddhist religious institutions of a public character to all classes and sections of these religions."

 

And delete this 

Explanation 2. in sub clause[b]of section [2] the reference to hindus shall be construed as including a reference

to person professing the Sikh,jaina or Buddhist religion.
