But a phenomenally larger percentage are denied their right INSIDE the classroom - by being treated shabbily, being forced to participate in processes that harm their potential (such as mainly listening or memorising), being subject to comparison, and worst, with the teacher trying to teach all children the same thing in the same way at the same time - which naturally ensures that many are left out.
