The CRPF personnel had poured petrol on Mada's private parts and set it on fire. The medical test, conducted by Dr R P S Painkra, found abrasions and "swelling over the penis and lateral part of anus". The report says the wounds were inflicted "90 to 100 hours" before the medical test, which was conducted at 6:30 pm on Friday. "Mada pleaded with the policemen to shoot him."
